I would love to own an ice cream maker but I have too many other appliances. I would have to add onto my house! I guess that is the issue with these contraptions; I have to use them on a more consistent schedule. For the people that find they indulge in frozen desserts more often than most this is a wonderful option.
Again, I will ask if I may share my thoughts with you please. Have a wonderful day!

Thank you, after a few attempts of preparing your own frozen desserts and getting accustomed to "the drill," a different thickener may be an option. Finding out what we like best makes it all the more worthwhile in my opinion. I think what "works" best with dairy are the gums. Xanthan gum, guar gum are a couple that are sold in most grocery stores these days. I use it in most of my salad dressings. I have heard that it works quite well with ice milk; giving it a more silky texture.
Again, thank you, I appreciate our little chats.@@MyFavoriteFWord

For your information, The sweetener you recommend is illegal in the UK and not sold in shops. Also, I can see that you like eggs as many of your recipes contain eggs, therefore they not suitable for vegans. Would be nice if you could suggest recipes without eggs.

Do you know why the sweetener is illegal in UK? What ingredient is causing the sweetener not be sold there?
As far as vegan recipes go, it is not my expertise, I do not cook vegan foods. But it sounds like you are, and I am sure you could find substitutes that are better than I could suggest👌
