I liked the pull ups, but honestly go for other headphones because unconsciously you're trying to protect them from falling. I use "plug type" only for pull day.

My dream is mainly planche but also front lever, I recently have andvanced tuck front lever and only tuck planche.But my real question is that I wanna focus on a very hard planche training y desingned in which front lever isnt included.So is front lever achieved if i master the full planche or do i have to train also hard for it?? I say that becsuse i observed levels in front lever and planche are proportional.for example people that have straddle planche they have front lever. In my case i have tuck planche and adv tuck front lever (like if were proportionaly) Sorry for de bodering.your skills are amazing and i also love statics to thanks for everithing😊and i hope you can answer because it is important for me

Let me help you (not the most accurate but you get the idea): 1. Warmup: Pull ups, chin ups, mixed grip curls, bodyweight rows. Chin ups goes up, say first bodyweight and then half or a little more of your working weight Main excercise 1. Chin ups : (3-4 sets) x (8-10 reps) : heaviest on the first set and then weight goes down 2. Pull ups : 2 sets x max out : last set drop set (with resistance band) 3. Body weight rows (feet elevated): (3-4 sets) x (15-20) : last set being a drop set (with a friend to assist or just put your feet on the ground) 4. Biceps curls/ Ez Bar curls : (3-4 sets) x (8-10 reps) : last set being a drop set or assisted ones + negative Goal : Max intensity on every set and all out or beyond in the last set All the best 👍
