I got a SLAP TEAR in my upper shoulder when doing weighted dips...I opted for NO surgery...it took me a little over two years to fully recover, doing continual light to moderate physical therapy on my own. All this to say... Be Careful on such Deep Ranges with heavy weight! YES, DO THEM just the way you are...but damn, be careful! Injury Free is KEY!

Hello Daniels, I noticed that during your deficit pushups you rotate your // handles slightly inward. Is it for joint comfort, targeting muscles differently... ? I really wonder why you would pick this variation, as it tends to place your shoulder joint/humerus in a seemingly disadvantageous position to generate force. I never tried this variation but I will tonight to see the difference. Thanks for sharing per usual
