@@lazykiller3988 basically hypertrophy is the enlargement of muscle cells without multiplication. Doing strength training will also give hypertrophy but there are better ways to induce it (i.e. how daniel trains now).

@wildlife351 yea. Its a bit overkill even for a day IMO, but kinda okay. 350mg in a row is insane for me. Average energy drink in Latvia ( i am from Latvia) has 32mg of caffeine 100ml. So 350 mg is around 1100ml of energy drink
