Everything you showed is normal, the fan runs off a switched ground, always has power, that fuel pump power is only for the fuel pump relay, switched ground as well iirc.if you battery is dying like that, you have a draw. Start with any aftermarket accessories, especially if you have an alarm system. Throw that crap in the trash. They always seem to cause issues. Get a good voltmeter and connect it to your battery. See what the battery voltage is by itself, then with the battery hooked up to the bike. You should see a drop in bolts from what ever is pulling power. Then start unplugging stuff, 1 thing at a time. When you unplug where the draw if coming from you’ll see the battery voltage kick back up. Then start tracing the draw to the component and remove or replace it.

Battery still dies often. I keep it in a charger while not in use.

Hey man, When you connect a battery, your gauges will cycle like that.. its normal. But I wouldn't tap it like that like you have been on the vid. Check various plug ins for corrosion. I'm having a fun time with corrosion right now on a big plug near the fuse panel. It's a yellow plug, look around you'll see it. check all your plug ins for corrosion.

    Rectifier or stator

I never did figure it out. I posted this vid to see if we can collectively figure it out. I did fix the issue of the bike not starting while it’s hot. My starter was bad. Regarding the batteries dying so much. I changed the starter relay but that didn’t help. My bike still does the same. The battery dies for no reason and way sooner then it should

Still doing my homework, I’ve never figured out the hot start problem. Replace the relay, make sure grounds were clean connections were clean etc. I might do my battery cables next but I bought a battery from full spectrum power, a $300.700 cold cranking amp battery from full spectrum power, p10-s. kicks ass when the bike is cold but will not push the starter through when it is hot. I still have to check my stator

My bike is doing the same thing. Pretty annoying. It was never taken apart or left outside so I really can't picture corrosion being the problem. I think it's something else. Last year if the battery was sought of dead but it started I would have to disconnect the battery for a second because the gauges would stay lit sought of. I don't know what the hell is going on with it but it's really pissing me off. I went from a battery problem to now what sounds like a starter clutch problem.
