Please help. My battery is not exceeding while revving the engine beyond 12.75v. At idle, it shows around 12.2-12.4v. After revving at 3000-5000rpm, it charges only at 12.73-12.75v. Not more than that
Hi, possibly your stator or regulator/rectifier or both have failed. I think a bad regulator/ rectifier will give you pulsing headlights while the bike is idling as a clue. If you do the checks I’ve done here and all is good with the stator then check the regulator/ rectifier, there’s plenty of videos on TH-cam to help with that. Let me know if you fix it and what it was👍
@@bikerantics5001 Yes. You were right. Rectifier gone bad. One pin sending resistance while other two were neutral. And all three readings are not same (5 wire RR unit). I ordered it from USA, the new one. Hope it will work fine 😊 Thanks!
