    Love the video!! I’ve started my weight loss journey this week, using a Caroline deficit, working out 3 days a week and following your recipes, I’ve lost 4lbs!! Absolutely love your recipes!!
    A little trick I learnt with omelettes is once it’s cooked underneath, instead of flipping pop it into the grill for a minute and it’ll cook/rise naturally and become very fluffy!! It’s the only way I make my omelettes now! Xxx

    Great video! Pro tip on the sandwich. Toast the inside of the bread. Throw it on your pan and get a light toast on it, and put the toasted side inside the sandwich. You’ll get the really soft texture of the warm bread as you bite, but you get that extra caramelized toasty bread flavor.

    I’m definitely gonna try all of those!! They look so yummy😍 tip for when your cooking an omelette, I stick it under the grill to cook the top so you don’t have to flip it🙈 (don’t put the frying pan handle under the grill😂 xx

    Great vid. For the last meal, try using lower heat, that will allow the top part to start cooking as well, and by the time you want to flip it, it will not be as raw/liquid as it is and will hold everything together. That works for me. (and maybe using a smaller pan even if that means to make it thicker)

    Finishing omelette under grill no flipping needed and comes out in one piece x

      I was going to comment this! Always cook the top of my omelette off under the grill, sooo much easier x
