@@SweetPotatoSoul Yay! The one that I repeat elements of included roasted broccoli, Brussel sprouts,mushrooms,zucchini, corn bean salad,curried chickpea salad, lentils and brown rice. I would love to see the current Chipotle inspired bowl which has the return of the corn bean salad. I love a cold salad with the hot options, I love your early meal prep videos and have them saved. I watch them to stay inspired, but I also value efficiency I like how you include when I can use my instapot. I've printed them out and made a notebook out of them. Would love the visual. Thanks for what you do.

Moved to Philadelphia when I was 5 and have lived there the majority of my life. In any event, I love your home. Did not actually know what housing was like in Atlanta. You got this! I have a couple videos of vegan recipes for kids that are also helpful for easy meals or transitioning. She eats mostly the same as I do, unless it's really spicy.

Is there a way to make orange fall vegetables like sweet potato less "sweet"? I think the flavor of something like roasted butternut squash is objectively delicious, but I just can't get past the sweetness so I never cook it. Weirdly, raw carrots dipped in some vinegar is my favorite healthy snack haha, I just don't know how to make cooked orange veggies more bitter so I can fully enjoy them
It's all in the spices! Salt, smoked paprika, thyme, etc. You can load up a roasted sweet potato with savory toppings for a nice balance of flavor. I have a couple stuffed sweet potato recipes on my blog!

We have children when we’re young because we have energy then
I have been an ethical vegan and animal activist for over 10 years
I’m 59 have lost almost all my energy (I had less energy when I was eating organic meat
& salmon so definitely being vegan has made me feel healthier)
due to loads of trauma, being alone, hormonal drops, and overeating a lot of sweets
I’ve known about fasting since I was a teen,
my food addiction has created
food allergies which have developed in the last 10 years
I know that when I get into the habit of fasting I will sleep less and heal my constant phlegm and sleepiness which has almost turned into narcolepsy
I know fasting, journaling, raw veganism (focused on greens and low-glycemic index fruits), meditation and yoga poses will heal me
Food & sleep have been my escapes for all my sadness, abuse, abandonment, aloneness
I teach
chair & mat yoga which have healed me, too.
If I hadn’t struggled so much, I wonder if I’d still see how millions of animals daily are tortured and murdered by non-vegans and care
