Graphically it's so weird how much they improved with WRC 2 Extreme just a shame the physics of that game is so off Also the soundtrack is awesome! Feeder, Soulwax and New Order, fun little fact is the main menu theme is actually by Faithless who did that Insomnia song that got massively big the two times they released it!
Great overview. I remember been massively impressed at all of the details when playing the demo of this game back in the day. I thought it was such a massive jump in quality when compared to the PS1 Rally games I had including Colin McRae 1 and V-Rally. The whole presentation was pretty cool. Although the Codemaster Colin McRae games had the better visuals I stuck with the WRC series mainly for the including of all WRC countries that were featured each year.
Hi. Good review. I started playing this game for the first time. I even started recording the passage to my channel, I think I'll go through the entire series of WRC games on PS2. I think it will be fun. But I still play not on ps2 because I don't have that, but I play on android with aether sx2.
