- My first experience and 3D environment, made with Unreal Engine 5.1. Decided to re-create environment in the style of The Last of Us game and TV serial from HBO. Thanks!
If you're new to Unreal Engine 5, or if you're a fan of The Last of Us, this speed art is for you! I'll show you how I created my first scene using the new Unreal Engine 5 tools, and it'll be a blast (or I hope so)!

Wow, I didn't expect to get all this views! Thank you, guys! I'll try to create new videos and content for you, in my free time. 😘
with tutorial please :)
You kidding me how did you need expect this to not go viral everything from the thumbnail to content quality is nice it got suggest by youtube to me. I always had a vision of a horror outdoor first person environment to create but I was unable to do it maybe if I give you the idea you can create the environment that I have on my mind @UnrealCreator
lets go create
How long did this take?
@@jadeendraws probably a few days mate
Very atmospheric scene. Good job!
the scene alone looks like a complete game. great job
@@SeahamV2 you know exactly what I mean
Hey. I just want to say this is absolutely amazing, I just started learning Unreal Engine and I really hope to get to a point where i can do amazing things like this. Keep it up!!
7:52 cracked me up 😂 great edit, love the design, awesome work 🍻
😅
I hadn't read the title to the end and I clicked on the link. I immediately thought to myself: Whoah, this really looks like a TLOU scene.
Same thing happened to me 😂😂
Bro, this is a masterpiece! I've been harboring the idea of doing something in the same atmosphere for a very long time, but I've always put it off. Your work motivated me to start it after all
Man all the work for one location. Makes you really think of how much work devs put into games.
just noticed it has been exactly a year since you posted this. great job!!
Thank you so much for this video. It shows to everyone that yea it seems simple, as watching an extremly talented drawer draw a photorealistic portrait. But even if the technic of positionning items is important. The most important is what you have in your head, the experience, the vision, the constraint, you go directly to the point for your lighting because you know what you are doing. The hard part isn't to put an atmospheric fog and change the value, the hard part is to know what the value should be considering everything else that is in the scene. You are extremly good and thank you for showing us your process
The background *music+environment* taken me to another wolrld 😍
Solid work man, keep it up, beautiful scene
i saw this up on reddit the other day, thanks for upload. nice result
Cool! Amazing how quickly you can knock a scene up!
The composition and the mood inspired me a lot!! Subscribed🥰
This was really great!!!!! Thanks for sharing and i hope you'll keep doing this if you feel like doing it!
7:53 thats where battle begins🥲
awesome work man, keep it up!!
amazing work. loved it
From one artist to another. Good job!
Magnifique! Well done!
Great job! Ive been learning quixel for this exact reason, I just want to make these mood scenes with no strings attached.
omg keep up the good work please! it's insane
The amount of artistic, and technical talent people have with game development tools is nothing short of astonishing. And here I am struggling to make a not so complex excel formula work...
its cool if this can be released as a demo gonna enjoy that to look around keep it up looks cool😍😍😍😍
Beautiful scene, keep working man maybe one of these gaming companies will hire you!
Great work and cracking music!
Amazing work!
Top job! Well done.
Wow a lot of work there !! 👍👍
This is fire 🔥🔥🔥 can't wait to learn from it after I'm done with my uni exams
Its awesome to see this! You got a great artistic talent to see this all the way thru!
Thank you! Cheers!
I am a blender user and I want to learn Unreal engine 🥺🥺 but i have low end pc like i5 3rd gen with gt 730 gpu... Will unreal engine run in this specs 🥺🥺🥺 help

Wow I wish my first environment looked like that 😮
Good job,great art
impressive Work - Dope!
Great man :D
Great work ! Love it ! I’m trying to create a small river but the water material I take from the starter pack does not look at all as good as yours! Would you mind sharing how you made that material? Many thanks!! ❤
Nossa muito show, quero chegar nesse nível um dia
Amazing job
looks good :)
This is amazing!! Would love to recreate this. Do you create tutorials and/or are there any courses you'd recommend where we can create such scenarios?
When I saw the video thumbnails... I said this looks like a great game, let me take a look at it, then
Wow... fabulous work,
I thought it was a THE LAST OF US
Building the scene, around the character? I 've never gone that direction, before. I usually start at the landscape sequence, and build up from there, and then build my objects, and foliage. This is really well done. We're you using Brushify ? for any of the painting? Also adding THE FLUID FLUX system, would add much to your water effects. I use a lot of weather effects, from rain, to snow, and blizzards. It completely changes the scene dynamics. Rain water shooting out of pipes, on the building? Again, well done.
great job, thanks for making this video!
Glad you liked it!
Amazing 😍
Op bro ,
Just keep doing it.,
Wow
Дуже круто!!! Атмосфера те що треба. Аж самому захотілося спробувати попрацювати в 3д 🙃 Як завжди надихаюче 💙💛
very nice!
only in 9 mins thats soo good
I couldn't leave a comment at ArtStation, so I leave it here. It's an awesome work. I really like it. I've watched The Last Of Us let's plays twice and I still want to play it by myself, but I even didn't realize, that someone who recently started to learn 3D software can replicate some scenes from the game.
I think it took long time for you, Roman. I am impressed :) I like how much details you applied to the scene.
What 4K display do you use for regular work?
Definitely looks cool
Very cinematic, the general feeling is really great in your landscape view, I felt like I wanted to explore it. But some police cars abandonned near the river, looking like there were involved in an accident but with no roads around, etc.... that didn't make sense storywise, so my bit of constructive criticism would be to make any scene tell a clear story where you could imagine what happened even if it was 20 years ago. They really did a great job at that in the game where I could really imagine what people were doing before abandoning things, like the abandoned luggage on the bed with clothes half crammed into them or the room with the prom banners with the dressed tables and then this blood trail like a body was dragged... Always a realistic story to make up in your mind. Here my mind started spinning a little: Cars? What are the police doing on a river bank in the middle of nowhere ? Why are they damaged like that rather than just abandoned ? etc... I think otherwise without the cars I would have fully immersed in that beautiful world you created :) I really really like it ! Ellie making a drum fire, I can see it happen. It's really nice and the light is wow. Oh the fire looks fake but thats not on you, it's a bit annoying in games in general and I'm still waiting for the perfect simulation after all those year of gaming :P Maybe you can try make the fire deeper inside the drum ? Anyway, if I spent so much time writing this comment it's because I really enjoyed your work and I want you to make more and immerse me deeper into it haha ok I'm stopping now have a nice day and thanks for the share!! Subscribing now!
thanks for the detailed feedback!
@@UnrealCreator hehe I'll shut up on the next one :p
w comment
You spoke very well. You gave the creator fair and respectful feedback while also appreciating his work and admiring his art. This is a very beautiful comment. This is what real criticism looks like. I felt nothing negative about this. Good job. If only movie and game critics were like you we’d have better critics globally.
@@KrizzyBlakc Thanks! I noticed that when I was playing and composing music, the people that helped me the most to get better had constructive criticisim to offer that I used to improve my delivery and the engagement of the public with my music. All the others that told me "it was great" all the time were nice of course, who doesn't like to hear that! they helped with my confidence for sure but they didn't help improving with my art much ... the good critics did and the good critics love what you do and they want to help you become even better and more successful with your passion :)
nice work ~
Nice work
Unreal work my friend 🤝
Thank you 🙌
wow~ nice!
Wow this looks amazing! Could be a scene from the game, I want to walk around in it :-) You're super talented, keep going, I'd love to see more videos like this. Aside from TLOU, could you try Tomb Raider or A Plague Tale?
Thanks! Yea!
Its so good. Ilike your videos
Thank you so much 😀
It's stupid, how good this looks !
Very nice!
Lovely content
thats so cool
😱 Good idea Your video Cinematic
annnnd I've not got an insane level of respoct for video game designers and creators. Amazing job!
Thank you! 😊
a question probably asked a million times - what was the total time from inception / idea till it was ready?
awesome job!
Wow this is amazing. How long did it take you to leant how to use Unreal like this?
it's awesome .
Good job
Tutorial for the next uploads. I love how you made this. ❤️
Impressive 👍
Very good!
Very nice
I have to say it is an incredible scene. Did you make the fire your own? I am currently dealing with a project needs fire in it, so I wonder how can I get such realistic fire asset?🎉🎉🎉
amazing work sir ❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much 😀
Impressive 💯
This is amazing! I was impressed about how much details it has and how after the render it becomes so real. Also I want to know if someone have any recommendations of courses about Unreal Modeling?
I think you should get a good understanding of Unreal Engine itself before diving into specific concepts
Amazing
how long have you been studying unreal engine ?
No one answered
@@Mubashar783I did
@@AkuraFR oh really???
make it sure
you told the truth
So? How long?
That's great. I'd probably slow down the speed of the flames🔥 a little bit. I think the fire is a bit out of the overall atmosphere and pace. But I really liked it. 😎
Super cool, I have a new Pc arriving next week and will be trying out UE5, it is just so cool. Well done great vid buddy.
Wow, congrats on new PC. 👍
Amazing result! How many hours it took to build everything?
Its amazing! How do you set the landscape to static mobility?
Great job...
bro i need video in slow not too much fast , your work is highly appreciable
what is the difference between creating this in blender and in unreal ?
