    You speaking out about this and sharing your feelings on your personal life in general and speaking about things which aren't so good is a testiment to you and your recovery becoming a better person.
    This will help many more out there and they may we'll take a snippet out of this linked with your gambling stories and experiences. Mental health wise this will be massive for someone and getting out to people who can relate to this in turn will help them surely.

      I had a mate who passed away with the drink i was the only one he had he lost his job and started drinking a lot. He said to me one day. .I'm just a burden on society I said don't be daft .that's how he felt .he said it many times. I left him one night and whent back the next day he was sitting on the chair dead. I hope he has found happiness and in peace. .... so sad. .anyway i could go on. ..take care
