@@MarsBarBS если у тебя ведро, то тебе уже ничего не поможет. Играю на ультрах в аномальку с SSR, SSS модом в 3440х1440 еще и выдаёт 80+ фпс. Кайф.
ты еще не видел что на том же сорсе вытворяют. Движку 20 лет уже стукнуло, а картинка еще свежей чем тут

True brother. S.T.A.L.K.E.R never was about being realistic. It was about being atmospheric, intriguing, terrifying, but most of all - depressing. It was about the zone itself, not the player or survival, it was about making you feel immersed in the world of the zone.

I don't know how you feel if you just watch the video, but when you actually play the game, it feels very realistic.
Fisheye effects are my favorite because they are lighter and provide a more immersive effect with simple calculations, without relying on shader effects that require complex calculations.
You don't necessarily need to use my MOD, but other people have released body camera-like effects such as Reshade presets (because you don't really need it if you're using MODDED EXE in the first place). So if you have a chance, please try it!

It's a great mod and does a lot for the immersion! I can't play it consistently though as the fisheye-GoPro motion makes me dizzy.

Imagine this plus some kind of story mod in which you go to zone as a special ops soldier that need to get recorings of the life in zone and look for his lost team near CPP
Well, not to gatekeep or anything, but that would ruin the feel of stalker. Because in those games you're not a spec ops or someone special, you're just another guy in the zone, that's what makes it special. The feeling of being meaningless
, making a character some spec-ops badass would ruin the idea of you being vulnerable. Being just like anyone else.

No matter of your fancy title, you still are treated like a nobody, that's what makes you a stalker. No matter of your achievements or your skill or reputation. People just don't care about you in the zone. To them you're no different than an experienced loner or sometimes a rookie, that's what makes it ao depressing yet captivating at the same time. Because at the end, you can always die like a rookie.
@sectpig yeah i Played all of them and I really know stalker but as u read this now I remembered that there was a no crew plane in Jupiter maybe I could be something like cop but after some time when zone changed a lot and it would be a different experience(I know its sounds suit but it's just my idea)

This is cool for videos, but i really dont think its possible to have a proper playthrough with this, its why they have god mode on, "demo" in the corner there means you have god mode on, im not saying this a bad thing, just that stalker is hard enough without screwing you perspective like this, they needed god mode to get the footage for the video. it looks like fun to have a play around with though.
