Oh, this Disney franchise had a lot of potential, it basically brought Oswald back from Oblivion and gave us an amazing yet dark story of Mickey Mouse. Disney proved it could do good games with original stories and captivate a lot of people. Really hoping for this game to get at least a remaster. One of my favorite games of all time and the one that made Oswald The Lucky Rabbit my favorite Disney character :')
I never knew Oswald existed until my childhood game appeared into my life. I love this game with all of my heart and you have no idea how much of an impact it made on me, who was a 6 year old boy playing this.

Epic Mickey is one of those games where the first area ended up being the last stage

Epic Mickey was one of the games that i liked. The story was captivating, the animation reminded me of the dysney classics and the worldbuilding was good. I wish this franchise would have continued.
What a masterpiece. It really gives you a taste of a long hall in a dark medieval castle. It's only light source, the illumination of a full moon. This place was once filled with souls but now it is only you, alone. The place is more than deserted, it's forgotten to all, it does not exist to any memory. As you pass to the next room you hear a lullaby for this eternally sleeping castle. It could crumble at any moment, yet it feels like an immovable natural scenery, like a dark cave. As you walk you see your reflection thanks to the waters of the semi flooded floor. They say that someone dies three times. Once when your body stops working, once when all of the ones related to you pass away, and finally when no one in the world remembers you even existed. This is what is left of this place. Only you and... it.

When I looked at the title it reminded me of when Mickey from Kingdom Hearts said "Say fellas, did someone mention the door to darkness?"

@@crazyfire9470 This game is called Epic Mickey, and in Kingdom Hearts, Mickey is also pretty epic as well. Plus, Dark Beauty Castle made the the Door to Darkness pop in my head

Oh, Disney's Epic Mickey. What missed potential you were. Can you believe there was once a time where I was more hyped for this than I was SMG2? If Kingdom Hearts gets another game can Oswald have a starring role there at least? Anyways, can you extend the ancient past version of Lanayru Mining Facility from Skyward Sword HD Aacro?
Nomura actually wanted Oswald to be on Kingdom Hearts 3, but Disney said it would be "complicated" and didn't gave him the chance to add him... Very sad

Love that they used sleeping beauty in epic mickey, she’s always rather been underrated which is why they probably they included her castle and not cinderellas

More like a mixture of every castle. Although it’s name came from Sleeping Beauty Castle since the Wasteland is heavily based on Disneyland.
