I've never heard the Dark version of this theme before, always went the paint route when I played this game.
Interestingly, I had a similar experience, but back in EM's early years, the Dark theme was far more common to find in OSTs, and the Light theme was typically nowhere to be found. If I wanted to listen to the music, I had to boot up my Wii for it lol

This is the final world before the grande final, so i get why it so dark and quiet..
The thing I don't understand is : how did the Mad Doctor move his attic to Autotopia from Lonesome Manor..
Don’t know why, but I can somehow hear this in a future Kingdom Hearts field theme (with “grim grinning ghosts” being a combat theme).
Just imagine if this was a world in the game, like... what would you fight there in terms of heartless?
@@behemothck Perhaps those ink blots, since it would be in "The Forgotten Realm" (I know the last part sounds like came from fanfiction, but hear me out. You know how there's the realm of light, the realm of darkness, and the sleeping realm, right (if you're a Kingdom Hearts fan)? Well, the forgotten realm is actually based on the wasteland from Epic Mickey where the worlds there are actually from 'movies/shows' that were forgotten over time.)

I wish the Team work more on the gameplay of this game, this game would have been a lot better than we got. Don't get me wrong, I love the gameplay and the mechanics from it, but I wish they work more on it.

I miss playing this game on my Wii, sadly my Wii was given to my Cousins and my WiiU has just self destructed probably. Worst of all, I have the case for the game but not the disk inside. So, probably won't be able to play this for a while. But still like I said, this game was something I remembered and loved to play so much.

Saw some guy in the comments of the Tortooga theme ("The Pirates of the Wasteland") say a similar thing, but with "A Pirate's Life for Me".
Don't exactly hear either, but if Mickeyjunk Mountain used elements of the Mickey Mouse Club March and the Gremlin Village used some elements of the It's a Small World theme, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch they'd take some influence from OTHER iconic Disney themes.

Unfortunately my epic Mickey disk is currently unusable which is pretty sad as I like it a lot more than 2, at least a got to beat the game before it became too scratched to use

this neutral light and dark beauty castle neutral light sound the best and most complete imo. it feels like it has the most instrumentation and all of the instruments complement each other more on that specific version

Hold up combat theme, wheres the funny glockenspiel-ish noises after the first bit. I know they exist, may be a paint theme.
That version doesn’t actually play in the game. The in-game version uses earlier versions of the Lonesome Manor combat themes. You can find the final versions on Jim Dooley’s yt channel.
