I'm the kid in the green and black hooped shirt with the scarf round his neck on the second row right at the start of this. I was 11 then and I'm 49 now. My dad is next to me in the red and white hooped shirt whispering into my ear that it was never a foul on Robson (it was!). Dad has just celebrated his 76th birthday and we're still following the Baggies all these years later.

I was at this game in the away end .I'm actually a man city fan I just went with a few friends I was 12 then one of my friends is a staunch wba fan and he went in the home end we had a great day out and I was secretly glad utd had lost🤣 I also went back to the hawthorns a couple of months later to watch my beloved man city and we lost ...west brom had a decent team in the 70/80s .I plan to go back there again to see city one day ..👍
