Hey there av , I used to work for skydive taupo as a tandem master , so to see that pink plane scheme again is super nostalgic!!! From what I seen it's pretty much spot on , missed hanging off the side of that plane !

Hello, hello, hay-low. Yea: no, I picked this thing up as soon as, I have been flying it exclusively since. I ran the skydiving variant and I think the Coast Guard may still be looking for the people, oops. My Girlfriend says you never did know what you are doing when you go flying! But I love this thing, (not that you did not), I love the way it lands and fly's, Startup is straight froward and easy. Thank you for your upload and remarks. Cheers, Paul
I love the PAC-750 so far. Not really because of the systems but it's a whole bunch of fun to fly those Topdresser (as they say in NZ) missions from yet undocumented farm strips in NZ. I got a KML export from a geologic institute in NZ of all registered and known airstrips (to update my NZ scenery packs as soon as I got time for devops again), there are a few really breathtaking strips over there, downhill with 21% and other kinds of quirks.
Oh, and I can't recommend Jimbo Burgess' channel too much, fun to watch his videos of aerial topdressing over there!

Having flown as a passenger many times in it's older sibling when top dressing the technique involved lots of stall turns - it was unnerving to constantly hear the stall horn at such low altitude.
It’s one of those planes that looks like it’s already been crashed. Pretty it’s not. But looks like it has a decent power plant. Same as kodiak? Be cool if they expanded the tablet a bit, seems like a wasted opportunity for a nav system atleast, possibly engine data similar to the hellcat, p38 etc
Engine data, nav, or even the agricultural gps system mocked up...
The tablet is already expanded. You can open and close all doors from the tablet.

An Update was released today which includes pms support.
Door controls added on tablet as well.

@@AvAngel Yeah they should have just waited a week to release. Update log is surprising long for a week after initial. I have to say I like it though.

There is a helicopter crop duster mod for Farming Simulator 22.
ZK-SDT is no longer that paint scheme but pure white, it’s also not in sky dive configuration anymore
I wonder if with this plane, and others, that have the quiet engines if the devs are attempting to model it like as though you were wearing a sound cancelling headset of some description.

Those are the sounds from the default Caravan. I hope they’ll add custom sounds in a future update.
OrbX has apparently stated that they intend to add a custom engine sound package, as well as failures, landing challenges, bush trips, and more in future updates.
That would be a huge improvement, the sounds are the only real weak bit.

I like this one but would love it more IF there was a much better sound set. Maybe my personal preference but hey! I love the sound of the turboprops. But isn't she ugly! The sort of thing only it's mother could love :) Anyway wonderful review as always xxx

Where is the light bar?
I can't help but feel they could have done so much more with this game when it comes to "missions" giving the game an entire extra aspect to playing ... like, airline businesses, search and rescue, putting out fires, cargo and passenger delivery, medical and emergency service missions and like this aircraft, crop dressing ... so, so many things that would have given so many types of aircraft a purpose, as opposed to simply just operating the aircraft and traveling to A-B ...
Historically this is the format but you’re right, I think 2024 has more of that

If black square got hold of this and did a upgrade similar to the 208 and the Beechcraft then I would def get this.
Black square wouldn’t as its it own thing, there is a sound update coming, most of the things the caravan does this already does to be fair

I bought this plane, but why Orbx central hassle, a nuisance.
Orbx central is so easy, I love using it tbh one of the best launchers out there
One quirky thing about this, is, for me at least: this plane tends to roll over to the right and wants to crash.
Sadly a NZ company no longer in business after some dubious dealings with North Korea 😕
