I was born in Necton and know the house well.
It's hard to believe, looking at it now, but when I was a kid, that place was derelict, that'd be back in the 60s.
The churchyard opposite is where my parents and grandparents are buried along with a few other near relatives.

This is a beautifully-kept Victorian era house with lots of space. As expected in an historic property, the room layout isn't the most convenient, but if changes are permitted, a clever architect might be able to make some adjustments. The gardens are spacious, and the location in the village is an asset.

Still amazed at the low house prices in this area. Fabulous house. Did expect more designed garden though. But all in all a very nice property.

Lovely property! A bit beyond our price range (and we aren't in a position to consider moving to Norfolk either!) The only downside I can see is that my wife would hate the kitchen - she doesn't like gallery style kitchens I'm afraid!
