A good example of why they shouldn't have put the Costa there, not saying the location necessarily had anything to do with this but there's always people deciding at the last second they want to stop for a coffee, indicating late on what is a dodgy stretch of the A47 is never helpful. To me it looks like a possibility that the cause may be down to someone doing that or pulling out from that road at the last second.

It was only radiator fluid on the tarmac not diesel, no one injured and A47 all clear
