This is, as you said, a fine-looking property. The rooms are large, though some bedrooms did not have wardrobes which would make them smaller. The conservatory is spectacular. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with mature trees and shrubs, and they are quite private. The ground floor layout would please some clients, but not me. Each room is isolated with no connection except via the entry hall. I would rearrange the floor plan to connect both the lounge and the dining room with the kitchen.

Nice house!
Also, a nice video. I got a really good impression of the house. Although it has only three bedrooms, this is compensated by the three reception rooms downstairs.
I especially like it, that it has an on suite in the main bedroom.
