Wow, my dogs would love that garden, house needs a lot of work, lots of damp issues and mould in the porch, I agree with others, knock it down and start again. Slightly odd to see a shower in the conservatory.

I like houses like this cos it gets your mind working how to design the house to your needs. Very good potential to build and loads of land 🤩 knock the house down and rebuilds a few houses or flats.

That house design could have been done beautifully double garage etc but the owner seemed more concerned obout other things then the look of yhe house

It's a project. Personally I'd knock it down & build a more modern house, more suited to 21st century living. Multiple houses in such a rural setting just don't fit in, nor do they make sense. You'd have to employ a gardener to keep the garden from growing too wild, i

I guess you won’t have many possessions/clothes to live here. Bathroom door opening outwards is bad planning for older, infirm people. Just about liveable if you are not too active.

Gorgeous garden. Sadly you just know a developer will have their eye on it, before you know it there will be a housing estate, and no more lovely woodland.

Fabulous garden with woods! The house needs a complete restyle. Ive never seen a shower in a conservatory before; I guess it's for cleaning up after a day iut in your private wood. Lots of potential for a vuyer with vision.

The "garden" must be more than an acre of land (how much land?), and that would be what drives the price. Once all the mature trees and shrubs are trimmed, it will be an amazing plot. The house needs a thorough remodel, but the rooms are large so you'd have a lot to work with. This is certainly a property with potential, and a chat with the local planning authority could tell you where that potential might lead.

This is a very spacious house, well laid out for a large family and entertaining. I'm guessing that there is a legal reason why the top floor w/c has no shower or tub, and why one room is described as reception rather than as a bedroom.

It blows my mind that the price of this property is the same as my 2 bedroom terraced house with postage stamp garden in London which I rent off the council.

It's a handsome house in a grand setting, which will look even more appealing in summer when all the large trees in the neighborhood are in full leaf. The landscaping is extensive. The rooms are quite large, and the kitchen has lots of counter space. You didn't mention the full-sized fridge-freezer in the utility room, something that would be a necessity in a house like this. The rear garden is impressive in size and has many mature shrubs and trees. The place has been kept updated and beautifully maintained. You get a lot of elegance for your money with this one, and I suspect it will sell promptly.

I like that, nicely situated and good sized rooms, the price allows for the necessary updating, though I’d be tempted to keep that bathroom suite - not seen one of those this century!

Fronting on a pedestrian way might encourage a sense of community in the neighborhood. The house is a bit dated but in good condition, and the price allows for any cosmetic work you may wish to do.

Needs to be gutted out and start from electrics plumbing maybe plastering new windows cos I can see condensation. Needs to be modernised and re layered out. The garden neeeds to be landscaped a lot of work.

Lovely property, Nice garden and kitchen, heat pump, doors, fittings are all high end. Thge only criticism is the bedrooms are very small, the largest only looks 3M wide.

The location is quiet and relatively private, and just a weekend of work would spruce up the gardens. The house needs updating but mostly cosmetic, and it could be done one room at a time after you move in. Bedroom #3 with its access to the conservatory and back garden might be best used as a living area or study.

Don't like this one, rear garden is more like a front garden, front garden is shingle and too open. I wouldn't want to be cooking and have someone walk into the conservatory and knock on the door, especially door salesmen etc. Very strange layout, what were they thinking when they built this.

It's an unusual siting on the lot, with car access on one side and pedestrian access on the other. There are plenty of mature shrubs to use in your landscaping plan. The house layout is also a bit different, but you can make some adjustments as you do the updating.

No buffer door between front door and living space.
