i noticed that the red one has something wedged in the neck pickup to prevent string catching which is often a problem when there isn’t a cover or sealed design

I love the way his guitars look but i just cant play something that has that middle pickup HSH is so cramped with pickups. HSS is ok but i prefer either HH or HS with nothing in the middle.
