    With the door thing, why not clip the double stacked doors half a tile into the floor and see if your player triggers both. If its a proximity thing it should work, but if its a “steps on block in front of” kinda thing neither door may work at all. Worth a try

    The reflections in the windows have an issue it seems, when the lights are too far behind the player and they de-render (via Frustum Culling) to save memory, the reflection vanishes as well. It kinda reminds me of when my Minecraft lagged badly (even with optifine) years ago on my potato-pc and I looked down at just the right angle to see that the chunks behind me were unrendered so it was just infinite darkness. Frustum Culling. You know, I looked up what the technique was called just for this XD
    Edit: Well its not just the lights, its everything.

    • @ratchet1freak
      @ratchet1freak 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      it looks like screen space reflection, a hack that uses only what's on the screen to calculate reflections. As a result it cannot show what is not rendered on screen.
      environment maps or RTX could fix those. But they have costs.

    • @azethegreat958
      @azethegreat958 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    • @Avetho
      @Avetho 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ratchet1freak Yeah, the cost/benefit of making reflections work accurately vs the work that would have to go into it means its not really that important. 'Tis why it's merely an issue and not a problem :P

    21:31 And I have one mundane explanation; Namely, the threw put of both the Drones and Trains was at capacity when you reactivated the Reactors after finalising the Plutonium production.
    After which, two issues arose.
    1) A minior backup of the system from the Teir 1 acid pipe & the few non-overclocked Water Extractors. Likely ensuring Uranium threw put was at capacity.
    2) The Uranium Train derailed, leaving the Drones to be the sole source of Uranium supply for a short period before you shut the Reactors down.
    Any Caterium left in the Drone port from your testing, that would otherwise not be loaded due to Uranium taking priority, would be loaded into the Drone.
    Largely from the Uranium supply to the Port not keeping up with the more rapid Drone flights during the Train Derailment to Ractor Shutdown time period.
    Even then, elements of waste processing and Uranium Fuelrod production would still be using some of the raw Uranium Ore for a period after the Reactor Shutdown occurred.
    All but ensuring the raw Urnaium Ore delivery's still happening in the interim were handled exclusively by the drones.
    Ultimately, resulting in that small amount of left over Testing Caterium bring loaded onto the Drone when it was attempting to maintain Supplying the Demanded Uranium Ore.

    They nee to add radouts that are customizable. That way you could make signs... or displays that show the power output... and make custom ones that can be attached to any belt or pipe... or vehicle for a throughput per hour or some other way of measuring things. Then you could have a bank of displays in the control room showing everything at a glance. You are kind of doing that by running the pipes and belts through there. Think of just little boxes that show the throughput as a percentage in a color code... green for 100%, to yellow for 50%, to red for 0%. You could then have a bank of boxes with numbers and a sign over them like water pipes to reactors... and see how ALL of them are flowing. Think of seeing EVERY pipe, belt, train, drone, storage... at a glance on one wall.
