Why does my new Hikvision come with HVR 4.0? I have also downloaded update and it just says HVR.
Also l am getting lots of detection alerts because it is only recording for about 10 seconds in each frame and l don't know how to adjust. I would appreciate any help please 🙏 .

How i can get logo on display? like you? camera 1,2,3 and 4 (Hikvision logo)

Thats a hikvision brand & it will show the hikvision logo automatically when you turn on your dvr device
