Hi, Greetings, Recently i updated my cp plus -uvr-0801k1-h firmware from its automatic updates. After that i cant connect my dvr online from my gcmob mobile application or kvmpro windows app. It will be online for a few minutes in both gcmob app and kvmpro app, everytime I restart my Dvr. After few minutes, i will become offline. i have reset my broadband modem, still also same issue exists. Is it a software issue of the DVR? Will the factory reset of dvr by tich switch will solve the issue? Please advise. Thank you
