I heard it before, cheating, what a lame and silly accusation on the Petronas Twin Towers, the Merdeka 118. The council of urban habitat and tall buildings in USA have certified the height of those buildings. A structure that is part of the original structure of the building (not the antenna etc) is considered the total height of the building. Even the Burj khalifa has a structure that camouflage the upper height of the building. You guys should know what's cheating and what's not.
