Oh exciting! There are banks everywhere, we used Scotiabank..... didn't bring money to exchange just withdrew money from the bank when we were there.... There are exchange places in the square of you need it! 👍 Have a great time!!

Depends what you are comparing them too.....lol....definitely more expensive than Thailand 🤣🤣 I would pay 32CAD for 3 prawns I'll tell you that much. In Thailand the smoothies drinks are less than 1CAD.... here they are 3+CAD..... but cheaper than home for most things

@@wattstraveling ah yes for convenience sake, sure. I think the one channel that covered our food quite well is a Japanese channel called iChang RM run by a popular Japanese couple in Malaysia. Lots of good tips of where to eat in their videos.

Jelatek night market every saturday Kl night street everyday except monday Jalan tunku abdul rahman (TAR) night market on saturday or is it sunday? Melawati night market on tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays Melawati farmer's market on saturdays n sundays

Interesting because there are only locals living in our building 👍 We've seen many places in Malaysia and it's beautiful!... and that goes for KLCC 👍

@wattstraveling ICC pudu is where chinese food court is located. I hv been there. You can try various stalls there however I am a bit disappointed with the dim sum there. For dim sum better go to chinatown.

Jalon Alor is know for street food, many have said we have to go, it's AWESOME! it definitely had a good vibe and lots of food 👍 And, we found the best, without the Michelin price tag! 😉

@@wattstraveling Michelin quality cooking in KL is the same as Michelin quality cooking in Bangkok at local price.. its dirt cheap.. Jalan Alor are full of Thai and Chinese eateries.. should checkout Kampong Baru at least.. they are mainly Indonesian Malay's..

Yeah, budgets can be as low or as high as you want in Thailand, that's what's great about it. 900 Euro is 1327CAD.... so for one person that's a health budget for Thailand, you should live like a king 👍

Hi there! Honestly you could walk to beach road in less than 15 minutes. We always have a scooter when we come to Thailand, but like things to be in walking distance too. It's easy to catch the baht bus on beach road.... but there are LOTS of places (more expensive) on beach road too. Thank you for watching and for giving us feedback, I'm glad you found it helpful! 👍

Hi there! You'll definitely have to check out the Jomtien night market!... it's a hot spot! There are a few down beach road you'll have no problem finding! You'll have to go to terminal 21 mall (if you're looking for a shipping day, or nice aircon) You can take a ferry from Bali hi pier (end of pattaya walking street) over to koh larn.... great beach day....white sand clear waters and a few beaches to choose from. No we don't have a video on it, sorry. But lots of people "snowbird" to other countries to escape the Canadian winters.... sounds like a good plan! As long as you are in Canada for 6 months I don't believe you have to deem anything.... being in Canada will maintain health care and paying taxes as normal..... but I'm not a tax expert. 😉
