We never recommend that you paint soles of rubber shoes. In this case this is DYE, so it will penetrate into that material as long as it's a translucent rubber.
That would be something that you would have to experiment with. Keep in mind the color of the rubber will also play a part in the color that you are dyeing it.
Using some high grit sandpaper and Leather Preparer and Deglazer will work will with prepping the reflective materials for paint. FIY painting will cover the reflective material.

If the bubble gets yellow sadly a lot of times that is yellow on the inside of it. Best you can do is just clean the rest of the shoe with our Easy Cleaner or Foam-Tex. For the midsole use our Sole Bright!

Do you add 2 soft to all the paints or just the first coats
For this particular custom 2-Soft was added to the paint for each coat.

You're able to remove some of the paint with acetone or our Leather Preparer and Deglazer. Besides that you may have to paint over it.

After time and use the dye may eventually fade however the dye on the soles are meant to be permeant and should stay that way if used properly.

Unfortunately we don't recommend working on those type of soles. The paint and dye will not hold up on that material.
