To name but a few:The Jacknife with the arms overhead on the mat behind; and the Hip-Ups with Knees bent and again arms overhead on the mat are very challenging exercises.Full of respect for the Discipline; Time & Effort you have put in to achieve this Standard of Excellence and all Self Taught. This is my first time doing Calisthenics! Documenting my experience here to see how far I`ve come in the future: - 1st (lying leg roll up): decent - 2nd (lying single leg lift): very hard. Had to pause a few times. - 3rd (reverse crunch): decent - 4th (squat to plank): medium hard, did struggle a bit. - 5th (push up): very hard. had to do most from my knees. - 6th (split lean over): decent. Need to work on flexibilty. - 7th (pike leg lift): very hard depending on hand placement. - 8th (handstand): impossible. - 9th (pike lift): very hard. - 10th (plank to knee tuck): almost impossible. I seem to have weak hip flexors. - 11th (pike push up): absolutely impossible. could barely do it from my knees. - 12th (leg lift w/ reverse crunch): decent. - 13th (hollow body rock) impossible with arms overhead. - 14 th (hollow body to situp): medium hard. - 15th (superman): very hard. could barely get any lift. - 16th (superman rock): very hard. - 17th (superman leg lift): hard. - 18th (superman upper body lift): very hard with outstretched arms. - 19th (diamond push up): impossible. had to do it from my knees, felt weak. (I had to guess the exercise names, sorry ;) ) I will be back to update! Good luck everyone!
I’m so incredibly impressed with you!! I hope to be able to get into my old shape. I’m not sure if it’s actually possible given the fact that I have MS. But I will try anyway. I’m stubborn like that.😊
@@mrhoneybadger5539 I realized I don't nearly have the upper body strength, and my wrists are wobbly to support my weight. I have been working on building upper body strength, and start small. I am 48, so it is taking me way longer than younger people. So far I am able to do a crow position for the first time in my life. I will keep working on it..

haha yes! I like to challenge myself in my workouts - especially if they are quick! If you do this a couple days a week for a few weeks you will definitely see results!
@@Summerfunfitness I actually just did it! Not as good as you of course, and I didn't do some of them, but I modified it for my body to handle, and I felt my body working, so thank you, I didn't worked out for a month and you gave me motivation I needed ❤️

This was a really great workout and good fun as well - never done much calisthenics before but I love how dynamic it feels. Thanks for sharing!
