I absolutely love street food. It's soooo good. No, we don't have it here in Texas. Yeah, we have food trucks, but that's just a restaurant on wheels, not real street food. Everything here has to be so "packaged." I've had the best hamburgers, chicharrones, tacos, etc as street food in Mexico. Love it!

Those you ate are Tlacoyos. They are filled up with frijoles, habas, requeson, even chicharrón. They are delicious. And some put on top Quelites, which is a leafy vegetable, very delicious.
Tlayudas are hard tortilla like the tostadas but thinner and are from Oaxaca. You should eat food from Oaxaca is delicious.

You could have some really good tlayudas at Las Tlayudas, San Luis Potosí 13, Roma Norte or La casa de la Tlayuda, Insurgentes Sur 280, Roma Norte. Provechito :)
Exactly, those were not tlayudas, those were tlacoyos. Completely different lol. But the place raulhego mentioned prepares some good Oaxacan dishes including tlayudas 👍

That’s my neighborhood! I’m so glad you were able to experience Coyoacán. I’m looking this video on November although it was uploaded on February but I like to rediscover my country and my city through your videos! When you were looking for Tlayudas I already knew that you would find them on the way to the market, just in that corner haha (it’s a little crazy). I loved the video and being able to see Superholly as well. You are great a Kinetic Kennons, keep it that way!
I love you guys. I was born in Mexico City but live in New Jersey. Seeing you guys eat all that delicious food is torture for me. I don't get to visit Mexico often enough, but when I do, I always go to Coyoacan! Lovely place. Keep up the great work and keep enjoying Mexico.
