He almost looks like the bodyguard.. But am sure he was still having a good time. 19 minutes of content that was likely filmed over 8 hours.. so lots of time to goof around between recording sessions. :)
I have a feeling he takes a lot of pride taking Mikey around, cool tour guide, it's not about him but serving the customer who's also a friend. Mexican Pride and humbleness... Notice no cell phone in his hands!
Scorpion Don I believe nieve is closer to sorbet, another cold treat that does not contain dairy. Snow cones normally use a sugary syrup added to crushed ice for flavor. In my experience nieve does not use these syrups.
The Chile Relleno are the poblano pepper. Very mild and easy to find in the States! Purslane is actually a weed, and you probably have some growing in your yard!
I love how he takes huge bites to really get all the flavor unlike some other people that basically nibble it and say it’s not for them and miss out on how good it is
You will love it, go to school, work hard, save your money, eat healthy, sleep well, excercise, have positive friends and you can travel when you grow up, now you do not need a lot of money if you plan in advanced, grest hostals and Airbnb around the world.

I had an amazing experience with a bag of those one time. I worked at a Circkle K and we know a few people that sell flowers outside at the intersection. During summer they sell those and peanuts. So, they gave us some bags and when I bit into one of them the juice just splashed everywhere. I had to slurp it up! It hit the spot because it was scorching hot outside and had let them sit in our 35 degree cooler until they were cool. Delicious.

Let us take a moment to appreciate that Sandra is such a good guide.
Except she did not know half of the food that was being served to mike.
@@javiertrevino5145 Like what? she knew everything.
And she's so pretty
Keiara Watson she knows what she’s talking about it seems like salty is fishing ...
She’s really not tho
I'm enjoying her Australian accent. Then when she switches from Spanish to Australian English. So weird! But cool at the same time!
Same!
I thought that her accent was more like a New Zealander not Australian.
yep 100% a Kiwi accent
Kiwi
Yup weird but unique.
I never met a fellow Latino/a with an aussey accent when they speak English
It's so weird to me lol
I thought I was the only one baffled by that, it's kinda cute tho.
Yeah kinda quirky doe
Its a new zealand accent
It's spelt, 'Aussie'. Thanks

Menudo ( pancita ) is awesome if they make it the right way, some make it very rustic ( estillo rancho ).
Pho is better
You are right, good soup. The tripe in the menudo must of not been cleaned proper.
