He's saying that "Sony made it sound like you had to buy a PS5 to experience these things (4K60/ray tracing)" and yeah, that's called marketing and besides what they advertised delivers on their claims, they never said native. Companies pay huge amounts of money to market and make it sound like you need to buy their product. I'm playing EDF 6 on PS5, and I'm pretty happy with how its handling it, fast load times and little lag, sure it is sad that it takes EDF to make me happy owning a PS5 but, hey its a good game, some how.

I'm not expecting a day-in-day release from sony, not like I love their games or care about them, but doing so would hurt their hardware sales, so they will use the initial hype to sell hardware and software and then pc later to boost software sales, good strategy, in my opinion. as a side note, I didn't like death stranding one bit, I don't get this open-mind thing the game was boring and uncomfortable and fully stupid at times.
