I paid for Xbox live for like 10 yrs to play the games online and with friends, but after 2017 after ME Andromeda came out and my friend and I tried playing that crap game on console and the frame rate was worst than any game i played next to Enemy Front. He dragged to PC for like the 5th time and I have never gone back to console or paid for XBL since.
i remember someone said,
"who's stupid enough to waste their money on pc instead of console ?"
and the reply was,
"someone who stupid enough to do other thing than playing game all day long."

1. Quest 2 is 1 type C cable and can run with a PC.
2. The PS5 OS is actually WAY worse than the PS4 UI, removing options like folders which were really useful.
3. GOG Galaxy 2.0, there, all your games in 1 place (I think this is what he meant by the interface)
4. Internal batteries are actually worse and limit repairability
5. You can buy docks and rechargeable batteries for Xbox controllers

Don't forget how Nintendo treats its customers. From what I hear any old school game you buy digitally, you can't take it with you to the next Nintendo console generation even if you bought it. example- buy Super Mario Bros 3 digitally for the Wii U, U have to re-buy SMB3 for the switch. Nintendo forces you to re-buy games that you had previously bought for the last generation even tho they claim backwards compatibility.

I got my PS5 yesterday, I paid over $1000 for miles morales. A charging dock. And a wrap for the controller. I paid way to much for it. But I also got a Xbox X for retail. But it comes today.
You know I recently just bought an Oculus Quest 2. It’s been fun playing around with it.
the PC is more freedom, less of your hand held and what can be on the digital marketplaces plus we got options for those cool Sony has a VR headset for those new to VR but many games won't touch the PS5 as Sony will turn them down or only let select ones in.
You want a console? cool, enjoy it but odd the sony gamers are so protective of the box that ask for their money every 5 seconds but now with tiers like all out things for some reason wild some still pat sony on the back for pay gating basic things.

dont people know that from this day you have two modes on the xbox 360 and xbox one my wireless xbox 360 wireless never needed batteries i just plug in my play and charge kit wire and there you go it works normal . also with all the xbox one family controllers xbox one xbox one s and xbox one x xbox series s and xbox series x controllers have two modes wired mode i normaly use wired mode lol .
In my opinion, Xbox made a better controller than PS ever did. The Xbox controller really hasn't changed in over 21 years or even 17 years. You could say the same for PS, but the Xbox controller just has a much more comfortable feel to em. The PS5 controller if you look a little hard at em, looks like PS is trying to imitate the Xbox controller's shape minus the button layout.

I have a $600 custom built with Nvidia 1060 and it runs better than any console, I've never had a performance issue ever on any game, I the new Xbox but never played it, because it it's trash compared to pc gaming, and my friend that has a ps5 performance still isn't better so this video broke my brain.

I have a 1070 but when you try to go over 1080p with the newer games you’re gonna have a bad time. I recently bought a PS5 and a C2 and it’s pretty darn nice NGL. I used a bunch of gift cards I racked up and basically got the TV for free. Cheaper than upgrading my 2017 PC (which can still do 1080p pretty well)

I agree entirely on the x-box vs ps controller. The x-box is much more ergonomic.
honestly I bought mine because all of the fps and indie games I play with friends I can already run on my laptop, so for the big next gen games I decided to drop 500 on a ps5 rather than 1200 on a pc. I know games are cheaper on pc, but the games I can't run are games you have to pay full price for anyway, so it doesn't matter that much.

You can play retro consoles on your pc anyways And the virtual console emulator really sucks you cant adjust any graphic options like real emulators, not to mention they wall off like 95% of backcatalog of all the consoles library and still the stupid region locking..

From what i have researched buy like a laptop one of the laptops i looked has an rtx 3060 16gb ram and ryzen 5 5th gen 500gb ssd . Pretty sure an rtx 3060 gpu has more horsepower than a ps5 or an xbox 900$ tho
@@julianmendez4691 laptops are the biggest scam in gaming industry. They have terrible performance cause heat throttling, laptop GPU aren’t equal to desktop GPU, and if you don’t have the charger plugged in it loses like 90% of its performance. You pay a premium for the portability but how useful is that in reality? They cost as much as just building a desktop.
@@109countries5 from where i live its basically just better to buy a laptop than outright built a pc you'll get better specs. thermal issues depends on manufacturers just buy a better laptop from trusted manufacturers rtx 3060 for 800$ which gives me a ryzen 7 with 16gb ram 1tb hdd and ssd and 144hz display its common knowledge that the gpu shuts off when its not plugged in the wall bro and its portable really good for students in university and laptops have been getting smaller and thinner unlike the gamig laptops in 2010-15 yeahh gpu counterparts are less powerful abt 10% compared to the GPUs in desktop . IMO unless u are a hardcore gamer a gaming laptop would do just fine

Um... is this one person? It feels like someone else wrote the script and then this guy is narrating it. However, as he's recording the lines, he never stops to think 'wait, that didn't make sense..." The whole thing just seems so jumbled and illogical.
Also, there are a few things that the PS4 already had, so the PS5 isn't exactly innovating. Like the controller thing is true of PS4 controllers as well, so it's weird to hear it like "no batteries" is some marvel innovation. I personally do prefer not using batteries, but choices are always nice.
And yeah, I don't think whoever made this video knows anything about PC. I think they just put PC in there to supposedly cover everything, and very possibly to get more attention. More attention= more clicks for their barrage of ads, after all.

I can understand the simplicity of console setup for people who don't wanna deal with buy a PC or the number of Launchers that us PC gamers have to deal with, but I'll just never understand why people would pay to play free 2 Play games on console. At that point just get a PC then.
At first i was all for the argument that a built in battery on the ps5 controller wasn't too bad cause it was better for the environment (comparatively)

But since I can get the controller to work on my rtx laptop and my gaming rig using steam or whatever other service, I see no reason to get a ps5.

But fair enough business is business if they paid to get a license to make exclusive games it's OK that's a free market, for example I hated marvel even more after the Disney acquisition but Disney bought them so it's fair that they do whatever they want with those characters.
The characters aren't held hostage, they're assets, they can be bought, licensed, given away, sold, etc.

I am a PC player (hate the word "Gamer") too but this guy straight up hates Playstation. He hates the games, he hates the controller, he hates the platform. the argument of console vs pc is so stupid...If you remove ALL subjective positives (such as playerbase, friends owning consoles etc) then the clear winner is PC. Constant innovation, better visuals depending on your build, better all around experience. VR, modding (not even advantage mods, just mods to improve the "quality of life") etc lol I will say the price is one motivator. If you want to be able to use all of these innovations you will have to spend at LEAST $800 on just the PC. And even dropping like 800-1200 thats still just a mid-tier pc. Now you can do a lot with a mid tier pc but you will be limited by your hardware and the experience might be filled with some extremely aggravating things haha

Depending on the headset you have, VR headsets can be limited to just one cable if you're using one that relies on inside out tracking. If you're using a VR headset that relies on base stations or lighthouse tracking, you do have some more cables to deal with. Though, you're still really just dealing with one because most of them can just stay plugged in and out of the way if you route the cables properly.
I know this is a old vid, but even 2 years ago the VR games that PC and PS had, PC had the better ones. Mind you they were mostly in early access at the time, but they were good experiences even back then. The main hardware limitation of the console itself is the thing that will always hold back the VR, and there's no way for it to improve.
Also the cable management for the headset is just one cable that splits usually, i have the index for example and it does that.
