I like the recipe, but have two questions. 1) when you cook it down for 20 minutes, what heat setting should it be at? 2) I don't know where to get cooking cream? Our grocery stores don't't carry it. Can we use heavy cream or something else?

Which variety of mushroom do you use?
I used button mushroom and sometimes I use shiitake but you can use any
