Hahaha my paycheck should just go directly to Steve. No regrets though outstanding equipment that’ll most likely last me a lifetime.
Bro, after seeing Steve's burnt-bottoms & tops Billy Pot breads for years now, I couldn't help but recommend to him in those videos about the glorious benefits of using parchment paper in direct fire-contact cooking, such as the Firebox Stove. I've used it for decades. Unsure he ever took my advice, I see he recently used pp in his 5-way cast iron bread with phenomenal success 🍞 ..now if only he'd take my advice and slather some serious butter in the pans when he's baking his Pillsbury cinnamon rolls on the Firebox, lol!

I think using the same concept, I can now make one for my mess tin. I like using my mess tin for cooking rice.
