That's the biggest difference that I see just using the eye test. But here I look for budget friendly gear to test and there is a $229 dollar price difference between these two devices and I can't see that kind of gap between the two.
To a degree because it's a full body piece of exercises equipment but it isn't going to give you visual abs like a good diet and workout routine could.
I usually talk about the things I don't like about equipment in my reviews but I can't really think of anything I don't like about that thing. It does exactly what is supposed to and for the price it's just a really solid addition over here. I wish I had more for you but I don't.

today I bought this ?? does this burn belly fat if I do 200 squat per day with this machine? and does it help in bowel movement in constipation problem?? please do let me know. thanks.
It can definitely help with burning calories to lose weight creating a better looking belly but always remember that reducing the belly starts in the kitchen. We have to burn more calories then we ingest in order to lose weight.
Are you able to get your heart rate above 160 on this machine and get completely out of breath? Does it work well for threshold steady state training at 140-160 for 30+ minutes non-stop?
Can this machine be used for longer continuous cardio 30+ minutes at 130-150HR? Does it make much noise? I need something that can't be heard through apartment walls.
It doesn't really make any noise at all, it will get your heart rate up pretty quick because it's pushing those lower extremities most and yep you can stay on it as long as your up for the task. It's an incredible little piece of gear especially because of how much it cost. We love it over here.
@@UsawaFitness Thank you. I really appreciate your quick response. I need it mainly for long cardio full body workouts to treat Orthostatic Intolerance. I bet it is great for HIIT but can you do it long periods like 30+ minutes around 130-150 heart rate, maybe with less resistance? Does it work the arms pretty well also?
We don't really use it for HIIT anymore. I usually use it for warm ups are a general workout. It's perfect for what you're asking. It's mainly going to be up to you too get your heart rate into the zone your seeking and then keep it there and yep it mainly works your legs, arms and back.
@@UsawaFitness Maybe I am doing something wrong but with all 3 resistance bands for 20 minutes my HR barely hit 140. No heart medications. Am I doing something wrong? Can more resistance be added? So far I am very disappointed?
Whoa! I love this question. I hadn't thought about that. I think some of those rubber bungee cords could do it! I'm going to go pick some up and experiment with this. If it works I'll post a video within the next 7 days. If it doesn't I'll let you know here in the comments. Thanks for this question.
Hmm? It's hard to say Darcey. It's an unbelievable piece of gear for $99 and I can get a really good workout on it every time. But an elliptical is nice too! The elliptical is probably going to allow you to watch a show or something while you ride it which may encourage you to ride more but Sunny Health and Fitness has a bunch of TH-cam classes that you can follow to keep you entertained and motivated. If you're getting an electric powered elliptical you're probably going to be able to add a little more resistance to the workout which is helpful but that's going to cost a lot more. Personally if I had a client asking me this question I'd probably suggest the Row-N-Ride because it's cheaper and sometimes people buy things like this and then trail off on following through with actually using them. This would be a less expensive clothes hanger in that case. 🤣 I'm not sure if this helps you or not I'm just trying to lay out a few things to consider. Feel free to email me if you'd like some more thoughts. Good luck either way and thank you for taking time to watch my content. I appreciate it.

Hey Chasity, it's a full body movement so technically yes but it's not going to define your abs. It may help you show em if you're trying to get to a calorie deficit though, because it's a calorie burner.

I'm in Chicago and I train clients outside when it's warm enough. I'm just introducing to a lot of clients.... They don't like it. 🤣🤣🤣
@@UsawaFitness I bet they don't 😂..it looks easier than what is is. My stamima is good, I train, but even still I havent yet been able to stay on that thing for longer than 30 mins lol..shame
@@blackcomely9216 Exactly! I've got mugs walking out of here so the Stanky Leg Dance after about 5 minutes! I make em do 3 minutes after every circuit. 🤣
@@UsawaFitness oowee 3 mins is a long time doing that motion! I really do enjoy what it offers, I guess now I gotta unfold mine, I'll do 3 mins in addition to my 6 mile run today; just because you mentioned it. Thanks for this demo, New Subscriber!
@@blackcomely9216 Thank you. I appreciate the sub.
Have you tried the pro version with the bands at the front?
I have not. I think they are very similar but the pro version has hydraulic resistance and can handle more weight.
today I bought this ?? does this burn belly fat if I do 200 squat per day with this machine? and does it help in bowel movement in constipation problem?? please do let me know. thanks.
The answer is that it burns calories Fahad. If you spend 20 to 30 minutes a day and burn more calories then you eat you will definitely lose weight.
The pro is mainly designed for people who are of a certain weight
Interesting. I hadn't seen that. Thank you!
Other then Arms and legs, will it help with the belly ?
It can definitely help with burning calories to lose weight creating a better looking belly but always remember that reducing the belly starts in the kitchen. We have to burn more calories then we ingest in order to lose weight.
@@UsawaFitness thank you for your fast reply and thank you for the advice 😄
@@rak_ella You're welcome! Thank you for supporting my channel with the view. Let me know if I can help again.
@@UsawaFitness will do 😃
Is there way to add more resistance once you outgrow the current bands.
Nope. You could get the pro version which adds that hydraulic system though.
Are you able to get your heart rate above 160 on this machine and get completely out of breath?
Does it work well for threshold steady state training at 140-160 for 30+ minutes non-stop?
Looking for a machine that actually gets the glutes! Everything seems to work my quads! Does this get the BUTT???
Absolutely! It will definitely hit your glutes. 100%
yes I love mine
No one really gets it until they've tried it.
Can you use this machine for longer continuous cardio 30+ minutes at 130-150 heart rate?
Does it make much noise? Thank you.
@@bmp713 Really? Are you going as fast as you can go with the handle bar set for a nice long reach and the seat back for a deep squat?
May I ask if you have any ideas for increasing resistance on one of these? I would like to do more work in less time. Thanks.
Whoa! I love this question. I hadn't thought about that. I think some of those rubber bungee cords could do it! I'm going to go pick some up and experiment with this. If it works I'll post a video within the next 7 days. If it doesn't I'll let you know here in the comments. Thanks for this question.
@@UsawaFitness Did you figure out how to add more resistance?
Have you tried the mini stepper?
Yep I have a review for it. Check it out.

2:11 - 2:19 😂😂😂😂 I might or might not enjoy that!
Ha! You just made my day with that one! 🤣🤣🤣
Would this be better than an elliptical? Trying to figure out what to buy.
I appreciate it.
can you replace the bands with your own?
Theoretically yes definitely.
Is it hard to put together?
@@estherblount6475 Not if you watch my unboxing and build video. I walk you through the whole process.
Thanks
How does this compare to the ZELUS Ab Machine
Or pls review it
I'm not familiar with that one but I'm glad you introduced me to it. I'll look it up and maybe I can review it!
Hey buddy, nice review. Is that product more for women or men?
Honestly as a trainer I don't really look at equipment that way. That was my cameraman Mikey on it at the beginning and he's an MMA fighter... It ate his legs for breakfast! 😂 But yes it would definitely be marketed for women but I'm going to be using it here with my clients as well as for myself.
@@UsawaFitness Thanks for responding. Giving that you are a fitness trainer and you gave the product a positive review I will pick up the product for my wife and will use it myself from time to time to work on my quads.

I'm kinda wishing I'd gotten this instead of the pro.. cant find any assembly videos and its different than this one.. seat isn't on the pro
I'm sorry you're having that issue. If say just take it really slow and hopefully you can get it
@@UsawaFitness that's what I'm doing.. I'm not mechanically inclined and have lots of impatience 😂🙄 weird that I went with the pro for the added weight limit.. yet putting it together is a workout in itself!😂
Is this piece of equipment difficult to put together?
Nope. Here's a video I put together of me building it.

Yes. The squat assist is definitely good for strengthening and growing out your legs.

Hi, can you lose weight using it on a regular ?
Thank you for stopping in! You can absolutely lose weight using the squat assist row and ride regularl along with a healthy approach to how many calories you're taking in each day. I burn a lot of calories on it and you will too.
Thanks :) should I get the old or new version?
@@pescadito19 Honestly I don't think you need to pay for the pro model. Unless you weigh more then 225lbs. I'm that case you should get a pro because that one can hold up to 275lbs I believe.
Actually it's a 220lbs weight limit for the cheaper version and 300lbs for the pro.
🙌🙏
Have you tried it?
The only issue is the bands... they wear out in no time.
Mine haven't done that yet but I guess they will soon enough :-(
@UsawaFitness is the regular Row n Ride model y'all are presenting here the 077 or the 077S?

Does it work the belly
Hey Chasity, it's a full body movement so technically yes but it's not going to define your abs. It may help you show em if you're trying to get to a calorie deficit though, because it's a calorie burner.

I personally would like to see you walk through the equipment of shame… Telling us why you didn’t like a certain product; not a full review.
In several of my videos I talk about how I don't reviews on the items that I don't like so the viewer's aren't watching videos on things they wouldn't buy. Maybe I'll pull together some of the things in my backroom that I don't like and do a post. I just feel like it takes away from the good items.
