    how refreshing to see a live model who isn't 21 years old and ready to walk down a fashion runway. This was believable !

      How's it going? I am disabled and very weak leg and pelvis and hip muscles and trying to decide if this might benefit me and worth the money.

    This is just what I needed. Having tried my Sunny, I can see why he added the chair. It now seems very dangerous, but the chair will give me sufficient confidence to proceed further. What a life-saver. Now I can use my Sunny to gain all the benefits.

    As someone living with type 2 diabetes with a dangerously high A1C, degenerative disc disease, hip and knee problems, plus dealing with sciatica and formerly kidney disease patient and an overweight individual. I very much appreciate this video.
    I am very intrigued in purchasing this equipment. I have very seldom worked on my lower body. Knees and sciatica acts up, my lumbar acts up. I had physical therapy for almost two years starting in 2020. I finished PT back in December of 2022. January of 2023 I went back to work. I have been doing ok and eventually signed up to the gym. I have struggled with obesity most of my life. The biggest I was, was 382 pounds in highschool. I am now 305 at 37 and even went down to 295 before gaining back ten pounds.
    Reason I am intrigued is I am finding it hard to stay under 300. Every time I try to consistently go to the gym. My lower body starts flaring up more and more.
    So I have been trying to find something that can realistically help me lose weight but also strengthen my lower body but not put soo much pressure either. This, this intrigues me very much and through research. I have seen, this is very affordable. Thank you for this video my friend.

    Most underrated piece of equipment out there. I'm 61, keep lean and fit. I have trouble with squats though. This machine allows me to do hundreds of reps per day. Obviously not the same as regular barbell back squats - but my entire posterior chain has stregnthed immensely.

    What a nice lady! I just bought one of these to help me use those muscle groups you mentioned that need some strengthening and help me improve/maintain knee flexion after TKA in January. I am so grateful for you Tony! Your tips have given me different exercise options for sure. Now, that you have had the Row and Ride for a while now I am curious about an updated opinion.

      @@HappyBeeTV-BeeHappy I am having the hardest time losing the last 15 pounds and with winter coming I'm aiming to bee different this season. its so easy to stuff my face, I love food. this season I'll row and ride in those moments,,,lol I never got to lose the last 15 cause winter comes to fast and bad habits return like a yo-yo. First i thought i'd get a bike, which i did but going up hill is difficult and i only got my bike a month ago. I was thinking then of a stationary bike to strengthen my legs during the winter but fell on the row and ride. I'm looking forward to spring again to see how it will feel going up that hill.

      @@angelkaye946 You made the right choice for the row-n-ride over a stationary bike, bcuz squatting on the row-n-ride works the legs differently from a bike. Much more thoroughly, deeply, and quickly. The bike is more for cardio than leg strengthening.
      And for that last stubborn 15 lbs, I strongly recommend getting a rebounder. Bcuz the jumping will change you and your body fast! For example -- I just got my rebounder a week ago, and from a good 10 min jump, I dropped 3 lbs overnight.
      It changed my appetite and even helps me sleep better. I'm a chronic insomniac and sleeping better since I started jumping on the trampoline. It's a game-changing exercise that most people are sleeping on.

    This looks like it would be really beneficial for me. I'm 8 weeks post-op from a right TKR. Going in for a revision surgery on left TKR from 13 years ago. I am finding that, for my right knee, the extension is coming much easier than the flexion. I keep working that puppy with the flexion, but it's burning like crazy and just does not want to flex. (I'm at 95 degrees flexion to date. Would really like to get to at least 110).
    Thank you for your always helpful videos!

    Hey Tony, I had my right knee replaced on October 20, 2021. Surgeon used the muscle sparring technique using robotics. The problem I’m having is my right groin is killing me and hurts when I try to lift my leg. I previously had my right hip replaced in 2015. The groin has been bothering me for probably the last year or so. I saw a surgeon in Feb of 2020 and at the time he said I had bone on bone arthritis of my right knee and would need a replacement. I thought once I had my knee replaced, the pain in my groin would go away. My current surgeon saw a current x ray of my right hip and he said everything looked fine. I was thinking maybe something went wrong with my right artificial hip. Any suggestions as to what I should do next. Chiropractor, PT, family physician? It’s really slowing my recovery from knee surgery. Thank you for your time. Sandy Antoinette.

      not really. He has that seat really low, you can have it set higher. Since you use your arms with the squat and row, you are not relying only on your knees to lift you back up. Also you have the seat behind you too.

  • @NathanThePrezPretlow
    @NathanThePrezPretlow ปีที่แล้ว

    You can raise the seat 90 degrees for Mom.
