- Thousands of people in Afghanistan are stuck between heavily guarded walls to airports that could lead to freedom and the Taliban closing in behind them.
Military troops work day and night with little rest, guarding walls and trying to decipher papers of families trying to take one of the few last seats on an evacuation flight out.
Sky's chief correspondent, Stuart Ramsay, has this exclusive report from Kabul.

Appalling considering the Americans said they're giving visas to anyone at the airport which has resulted in soo many people who don't have a problem with the Taliban but just want to leave for to America since the puppet government installed by the west managed to increase poverty to 70% of the population

If the U.S. drawdown was to commence on May 1st then the evacuation should have started at the same time...that would have given us 90 days to get them out.

Unfortunately there will be extreme bloodshed on those last few days, when the troops are withdrawn, so that they can board an aircraft and leave behind so many Afghans needing and wanting to leave. The Taliban militia will definitely surge the airport and cause chaos during this unfortunate event. This will be a sad situation for the whole world to witness indeed.
