I listened to his interview with Shawn Ryan and he goes more in-depth of what happened that day. Definitely recommend watching or hearing it. Rest in peace to all of our fallen soldiers.

I stopped watching the SRS. He got political and worst of all he had caviezel on his show promoting his stupid movie. That was it I was out!!! I could've overlooked the insipid politicians but not both

Very good interview. When he was talking about how he flat lined multiple times and the doctors would bring his mom in each time to say good bye. I can't imagine getting your hopes up that your son will survive then hear that he flat lined again. She's a very strong woman she recorded and took photos while doing this. She knew her son would want those to see after he heals. I'm a pretty tough man and don't get emotional very often. When I heard that his mom saw an afghan women. She approached her and they both showed each other their sons. I started crying when she hugged her and they both cried and comforted each other.
Tough man, so strong . I can't imagine his strength.

It’s a shame what our wonderful and beautiful soldiers went through. My heart weeps for this gentleman and I pray he finds peace someday. He is certainly an admirable soldier. God Bless him and please give him and his family peace.

This shortened video cuts where he explained that they knew specific description and car details, long before thr event. Thats important in this situation, gives more perspective of the whole story - they had more than 24hrs to plan what to or not to do!!!

Was this because inadequate time and preparation were given to the withdrawal? Was the fact
that a president who commanded withdrawal was not re-elected, so the next administration was unprepared, the cause? Truly, the deaths and injuries incurred by the brave marines is embittering. God give hope to them. Fog of war had its effect here too. An innocent family of NGO providers was killed in a vehicle falsely identified as that of terrorists.
If the "administration was unprepared" they could have delayed the withdrawal until they were prepared. They could have kept everything exactly the was Trump had left it (control of the airports etc).
What happened was a combination of ineptitude at the top. Weak leadership. It was awful.
