    싱싱한 체리를 넣어 티라미수를 만들었어요~
    레이디핑거 쿠키 반죽을 넓게 구워 틀에 맞게 잘라 시트로 사용하고 간단하게 크림치즈로 크림을 만들어 봤어요~
    생 체리를 중간에도 넣고 위에도 올려 장식했더니 색다르고 예쁜 느낌이 나더라구요~~
    부드러운 느낌의 티라미수 크림과 톡톡 씹히는 생 체리의 만남이 싱그러운 느낌을 주어서 맛있는 것 같아요~
    코코아파우더 위에 초콜릿을 갈아 뿌려봤는데 더 먹음직스럽고 먹을 때 초콜릿 맛도 나서 더 맛있었어요~
    빨간색의 체리 색감과 코코아파우더의 색감이 잘 어울려서 특별한 장식 없이도 멋스럽네요~
    역시 직접 구운 시트는 티라미수의 맛을 더 좋게 해주는 것 같아요~~

    ▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 15.5 x 7.8 x 6.5cm
    ▶재료
    달걀노른자 1개
    설탕 5g
    바닐라익스트랙 1g
    달걀흰자 1개
    설탕 25g
    박력분 30g
    옥수수전분 2g
    베이킹파우더 1/8ts
    따뜻한 물 50g
    인스턴트 커피가루 2g
    설탕 10g
    생크림 75g
    크림치즈 150g
    설탕 20g
    바닐라익스트랙 2g
    판젤라틴 2g
    체리
    코코아파우더
    ▶레시피
    1. 달걀노른자에 설탕, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
    2. 달걀흰자를 휘핑하다가 큰 거품이 올라오면 설탕을 2번에 나눠 넣고 휘핑해 부드럽게 뿔이 서는 머랭을 만든다.
    3. (1)에 머랭을 나눠 넣고 섞은 뒤 박력분, 옥수수전분, 베이킹파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
    4. 16.5cm 정사각 틀에 넣고 평평히 한 뒤 슈가파우더와 설탕을 섞어 2번 체 쳐 뿌리고 180도 예열된 오븐에서 15분 정도 굽고 식힌다.
    5. 따뜻한 물에 인스턴트 커피가루, 설탕을 넣고 섞어 커피 시럽을 만든다.
    6. 식힌 시트를 틀 크키에 맞춰 잘라 2장의 시트를 만들고 1장은 조금 더 잘라 작은 사이즈로 만든다.
    7. 생크림을 60%정도 묽게 휘핑한다.
    8. 크림치즈에 설탕을 넣고 섞고 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
    9. 찬물에 10분 정도 불린 젤라틴의 물기를 꼭짜고 전자레인지에 10초 정도 돌려 완전히 녹인 뒤 치즈 반죽에 넣고 섞고 휘핑한 생크림을 넣고 섞는다.
    10. 틀에 큰 사이즈 시트를 깔고 커피시럽을 듬뿍 바른 뒤 크림을 조금 바르고 반으로 자른 체리를 올린다.
    11. 크림을 올리고 평평히 하고 작은 시트를 넣은 뒤 커피시럽을 바르고 남은 크림을 모두 넣고 평평히해 냉장실에서 3시간 정도 굳힌다.

    1 Egg yolk
    5g Sugar
    1g Vanilla extract
    1 Egg white
    25g Sugar
    30g Cake flour
    2g Corn starch
    1/8ts Baking powder
    50g Warm water
    2g Instant coffee powder
    10g Sugar
    75g Whipping cream
    150g Cream cheese
    20g Sugar
    2g Vanilla extract
    2g Gelatin sheet
    Cherry
    Cocoa powder

And one thing I love about Korean and Japan and China they are so patient and talented and have so much creative ability at cook. I mean the way they make their food is so artistically.

    Is it normal that I have never heard about Gelatin sheets? Where are they commonly found, or are they only from Korea? Because i'm Argentinian and maybe they are called different.

      they’re usually sold as gelatin powder, it works the same anyway

    Seems like a mostly wonderful recipe, just not a tiramisu. No mascarpone, no liqueur. I personally don't mind adding cherries - I love cherries, so no issue there. Using cream cheese makes it a layered cheesecake, though.

    만들려고 하는데 휘핑크림을 식물성으로 써야되나요 아니면 동물성으로 써야되나요? 아니면 그냥 빵집에서 파는 생크림을 사도되나요?

      제가 트리님은 아니지만.. 식물성 동물성 둘 다 사용 가능한데 식물성은 더 단단하게 휘핑되고 동물성은 더 풍부하면서 깊은 맛이 있더라구요! 두가지 섞어서 사용해도 되용

    Cherry and tiramisu dont make sense ...
    .. tiramisu is classic recipe no body should play and change it .. but your channel is good and make me happy and watch your desserts .. god bless the tiramisu ...

      I personally think it sounds good! Sometimes classic recipes should be played with! That’s how you get fun new ways to enjoy fruits (in this case) and other cultures! Also I’m an Italian/American so I’ve used to your “classic” tiramisu and this one actually looks amazing!😊
