I do this too! I love baking but sometimes it can be stressful trying to find a time when the kitchen is peaceful at my house. These videos are ultimate relaxing baking.
Oooooo looks good the only thing I would change would be to take out all of the leaves and replace them with mint and attach mint sprigs to the strawberries to mimic the leaves cause picking out the strawberry leaves seem like a nightmare
The minty leaves look good, but the taste? The sweet cream maybe goes well with something more umami. I'd love to add up some more fruit slices like blueberries and pansy flowers etc.
? No one asked you should eat what is prepared for her loved one. If you did, the cake server would probably chop you off before it went for that lovely cake. LOL

SO BEAUTIFUL AS USUAL!! I was wondering if maybe you would do an updated Egg Tart recipe? We have something very similar in the UK called a Custard Tart that I would love to see you make! I used to eat custard tarts for dessert in primary school! Such good memories!
