Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo is one of the world’s most revered Buddhist teachers and one of the very first Westerners to become ordained into the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. She is best known for having lived in a remote cave in the Himalayas for 12 years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for offering these nuns such an excellent opportunity. Offering the support of sunshine, and water for these women to fully bloom. What benefit to them and all beings. Thankfully women are starting to be given the same chances men have had. It is so hard to understand how deep the patriarchy has been in the Buddhist path.
