You will discover it and it won't be mystery to you anymore, thats why it is called Self realisation. Don't be afraid of it, embrace it! Also, materialism and dwelling only in physicality makes you go round and round in circles all your life not spirituality. (e.g. - iPhone 2, 3, 4,7,8, X, 11, 12, ....) Spirituality is that element which throws you off the tangent of that circle. Hope it helps!

There’s all kinds of schools that based on yoga in this country but Sg said for his own daughter he didn’t want her educated in any way just fed and allowed to play. Kids are not the problem adults are. We just need to stop inculcating them with our problems - teach them survival skills, let them learn through play and discovery, give them some basic training in establishing and inner connection through meditation and yoga but we don’t need to inculcate - we need to allow the expression of the brilliance that’s already there from birth.

Sorry to break it to you but he plagiarised much of osho's writings and above all he never gets to the point keep beating around the bush needless to say he is NOT the real deal ! he proposes for you to find out answers yourself and seek it all the while telling you fantasy fables about different dimensions of all the absurd worlds and whatnot. Sadhguru's physical presence blew me away in a way that I couldnt even imagine - its like something in you just dissolves and you break out in tears of bliss and ecstasy. Above that some of his programs have given my life altering experiences and the sadhana (kriya yoga, hatha yoga, shoonya meditation, and samyama meditation) have given me a transformation in the way I experience, perceive and look at life in such a beautiful way - if he isnt enlightened I dont know who is ! Sadhguru doesnt give direct answers on purpose because he is not here to tell us what to think - start doing the sadhana and answers/clarity will come :)

From Sadhguru's story I came to know that he was born with a meditative mind. His looking on a certain object for hours is nothing but meditation. By doing so he has already conquered mind. That's why the moment of enlightenment came to him on its own.

I have completed Inner engineering Program online and watched almost all the Sadguru Videos and speech available online. I haven't met him in person but I know that this is not even 1% of Sadguru we find him online. He is much more than that. Too deep. Also the kind of knowledge he has gathered, it cannot be achieved in one life span. He remembered his past 3 life time. What I found that he was Yogi all his past life and he remembers everything...all vast knowledge. He can transcend in time and space. His many followers are also able to do that. His ultimate aim is to raise this awareness and go inward.
The amazing thing about sadhguru is he speaks to two audiences with the same words, the ones with eyes and ears closed and the ones with eyes to see and ears to hear.
What a cool experience man thanks for sharing this. My favorite part was when he spoke about our minds and bodies not actually being “us” but just accumulations of things like food and experience. His analogy of identifying with his mug was great.

I have attended the programs from Isha foundation and have been practicing the kriyas and meditation that I have been initiated into by sadhguru The things that I experienced becoz of him during initiation into certain kriyas completely changed my perspectives. In fact some of the things I experienced in one program left me in a state which made me inevitably bow down to him with reverence and gratitude. It's hard to explain everything in messages but here's a few words A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions Basically what I'm saying is, he's not just a motivational speaker. That's why he doesn't get to the point because he doesn't want you to believe/disbelieve anything he wants you to experience it yourself.

Sadhguru's physical presence blew me away in a way that I couldnt even imagine - its like something in you just dissolves and you break out in tears of bliss and ecstasy. Above that some of his programs have given my life altering experiences and the sadhana (kriya yoga, hatha yoga, shoonya meditation, and samyama meditation) have given me a transformation in the way I experience, perceive and look at life in such a beautiful way - if he isnt enlightened I dont know who is ! Sadhguru doesnt give direct answers on purpose because he is not here to tell us what to think - start doing the sadhana and answers/clarity will come :)

I have completed Inner engineering Program online and watched almost all the Sadguru Videos and speech available online.
I haven't met him in person but I know that this is not even 1% of Sadguru we find him online. He is much more than that. Too deep.
Also the kind of knowledge he has gathered, it cannot be achieved in one life span. He remembered his past 3 life time. What I found that he was Yogi all his past life and he remembers everything...all vast knowledge.
He can transcend in time and space. His many followers are also able to do that. His ultimate aim is to raise this awareness and go inward.

I have attended the programs from Isha foundation and have been practicing the kriyas and meditation that I have been initiated into by sadhguru
The things that I experienced becoz of him during initiation into certain kriyas completely changed my perspectives.
In fact some of the things I experienced in one program left me in a state which made me inevitably bow down to him with reverence and gratitude.
