That is awesome! Awais makes fantastic tuner talks that help get more insight on the tuning side. Just curious - what mods are you running and fuel? Maybe I’m thinking IF i were to tune, those power and tq numbers sound pretty tempting.

I can vouch Graham is a amazing tuner. I am e-tuned through him and have no regrets. The only crappy thing about the VB’s is the transmission. Only if Subaru paired the FA24 with the Sti transmission, we would really have a beast.
Any mods to the intake/ charge pipe, headers, intercooler, definitely require a tune on modern turbocharged vehicles, especially subarus. Be careful. Making changes to any metered airflow causes your engine to run richer or leaner (depending on which mods) because your MAF still thinks it has factory parameters. Catback exhaust is as far down the airflow mod rabbithole as i would go without a tune.

Well when I got my 21 WRX I hated the stock tune. That rev drop off at 5,500rpm drove me up the wall. After I put about 10k miles on the car I just got the COBB Accessport plugged it in thinking I can monitor my engine performance and tune it later. Been running stage 1+ since currently clocked 44k on the odo and it gets me from a to be perfectly fine. I don’t push the engine much. The tune works flawlessly. But I heard horror stories of engines failing so I’m saving up for FMIC from Cobb Greddy tmoc and aos. And get a full tune. I have also done all supporting mods such as Koyo radiator wrapping hot side of turbo yadda yadda. Me on the other hand, after working 42 years and semi-retiring, and my ‘23 WRX being my extra play car, hell yes I tuned it at 1500 miles. Highly unlikely since I used best and most conservative tuner out there, but I could handle replacing a blown motor (or 10) if necessary without blinking an eye.

At first I didn’t want to get the AP because I paid for extended warranty.
