Thank you for this - super helpful!!! I’ve watched your IG video on this subject but I love the longer and slower paced TH-cam style. Will be trying these exercises!!!

I have noticed a left rib flare since having my kids, got a lot more noticeable after the 2nd and I knew it was common in pregnancy but couldn't figure out why one side popped more than the other -- this makes so much sense!! Thank you for these exercises, will definitely start incorporating them and share with my mama friends!

Wow. This was SO helpful! I am a professional dancer but my balance has been hampered since having kids. Any wonderful ideas for me?

This is exactly what I have and also my diastasis is starts from my belly button and all the way up and it's taking forever to heal it because most excerises I see seem to only fix the bottom of your abs

These will help so much. And with an upper diastasis, also focus on releasing your lats. Good excuse to get a massage.

@@getmomstrong oh cool! Also do you have a video on releasing the lats?

Wow! This can be fixed?! I had twins and I’m literally 38 when I was a 34 before. They literally bulge out below my bra line.
How long does it take to see changes?

You can definitely address the rib flare! It takes time, so hard to say for sure. But, I recommend starting with Core Basics and you may even see changes once you start working on it :)
