Great 👍
What shoe is that at the end?
Yess i only wear my Vivos for the workout and it's improved my balance so much. 🎉
Ma'am..Can we use menstrual cups if we have pelvic organ prolapse...pls reply me...
The pain in my hands, wrist and arms went from a level 2 to a level 11 after birth. Seems like no matter how many stretches, or wrist bands I wear nothing helps. It’s so difficult to deal with. 😢
Having babies affected my balance. Being a dancer, this is an issue. Do you have any exercise suggestions? Thank you
Yes please let us know - I’m in the same boat but not a dancer! I do have a 3 finger DR gap though!
Provide download
I was trying to figure out why my stomach had that inward dent that was so distinct. This video is going to really help me. I realized my anxiety is causing me to do the upper shallow breathing for the past few years. So glad I found this.

Wow. This was SO helpful! I am a professional dancer but my balance has been hampered since having kids. Any wonderful ideas for me?
I also do the same
Upper ab gripper over here!
Yeah sure, just make their life's unhealthy by Sneaking proteins in instead of teaching your kids in a healthy way by putting the cards open, telling them right away what you are about to add in their food!
Love this! Definitely going to incorporate it into my diet, thank you so much 😊
With the lack in nutrition in food in America changes like this are important, but maybe instead of putting oil in pancakes you can use half butter and half oil on the pan itself for less fat and more flavor? Just a thought but it's good you're looking out for your children's health!
oil in pancakes?🤢
Yes thats how most pancakes are made
@@wangjacob142 maybe if you like shitty pancakes. you should use butter instead of
@@wangjacob142not really
Well, certainly not ALL pancakes are made with oil, and sorry for the miscommunication with my previous comment, but what i mean is that 1: they dont taste like shit, 2: Cake is sometimes also made with oil, and it isnt TOO uncommon

I don't really understand the difference between the exercise #1 and the exercise #2 in the description... From watching the video they look to me like they're the same thing... So I should just do it for a full minute, or repeat it twice??
This is so motivating. Question: how heavy must the weights be to have an impact? @getmomstrong ?When depression and anxiety are hitting, I can't manage to go to the gym. So for weeks I don't work out. I already bought a hometrainer and am multiple times a week on it 💪🏼. Thinking about to get some small weights for weighttraining, since we have a tiny appartment with two childreen 🥴.
My inner thighs are so tight too
Yup!! I agree
Who would you go to for that type of massage?
Is there a longer video for this?
Exhaling when lifting is such a game changer!
Doesn't the side come down to make yr life easier
Not all times
I can see your cheeks 👎🗑
💜💜💜
this is so good! We need more of this info out there!
I absolutely love this and you! Glad you are on TH-cam. ❤ I don't really get on IG anymore.
Hello mam, I have rib flare with my left side, but my rib flare inner plz guide and cure
❤❤❤
❤
I was taught by lots of videos/pelvic floor therapists that you need to draw the belly button in toward the spine on the exhale while doing the kegel to repair diastasis recti. So...now maybe I'm accidentally gripping with my belly button without realizing? Ug. My donut shaped lower belly won't go away. Going to try this. Thanks.
Finally got this workout in. Thanks for keeping it public. These workouts are fantastic
I wonder if that happened after my miscarriage last year. Felt like I wasn't in my own body because of it.
Weight it some contexts can matter (like when it comes to safety and specifically stretchers and how weight can break them) BMI is terrible because it doesn’t take into account healthy muscle mass. BFP (body fat percentage) is a much better scale.
this is exactly why i dont look at scales. it ruins my motivation. instead of focusing on my weight consistently im focusing on whats better for me and my body. giving myself more muscle than fat. id rather be “overweight” and muscular than a “normal” weight and be all fat and bloated 😂
Ur also technically a dude
Muscle weighs more than fat so it makes sense you weigh more but look slim. Good going on your fitness!!
Your amazing ❤
I love your attitude!
Aw thank you!! I bring this vibe to all my programs.
Hello ma'am I m having rib flair from both sides since childhood now I m 24 years old ...I m so worried please help me to fix it....🥺
Check out this blog: getmomstrong.com/blog/rib-flare/
A woman evidently should not be grateful for anything.😂😂😂
Yep. That's exactly what I'm saying. We love to stay fueled by anger.
C sections are also a lot more harder on the mothers body from what ive heard. You are strong! And your feelings are valid!
Yes, it is a major surgery and it comes with very mixed emotions. Thank you for the validation.
Great video! Thank you. It’s so important to just acknowledge whatever you may be feeling. 💝🌎💝
Thank you for this. I appreciate you.
Hope to see more workouts from you!
I am doing another follow along workout on 3/8!
Camel is scarey

Can't wait for you to try it!
Thank you for sharing this! 🔥🍑
