7 months ago I saw this video and I was motivated. I decided to make a change in my lifestyle I started eating healthy and I did this exercise every day when I started I weighed 425 pounds and today I weigh 277 pounds I am going for more my goal is to weigh 145 pounds wish me luck !!
So I’ve been doing this workout for 2 weeks , 5 days a week with intermittent fasting + healthy eating and my belly fat has gone down a ridiculous amount! I didn’t weigh myself at the start so I’m not sure how much I actually lost but I can physically see a difference in my body . Believe me , to whoever’s reading , I was always that person scrolling down the comments , seeing amazing results and just wondering when that would finally be me . So stop scrolling and just do it ! Do it for two weeks straight and I promise you, with healthy eating you’ll see a difference ! Did not expect this to blow up like it did! Thanks so much!❤️
I started back working out after not being active the way that I should've been in years. I did not want to go to the gym or get a personal trainer, felt like it was a waste of time, energy, and money. I find these videos on TH-cam and fell in love with them. They definitely have me motivated to lose weight and do what I love to do, dance! This video and other similar videos helps mothers, like myself, who don't have much time during the day to workout but can still get a workout in before getting ready for bed when the kids are sleep. Please don't stop making and uploading videos!
keaira has such an amazing attitude and always hypes me up. i'm on a extreme weight loss journey and she's the only person who made me excited to work out. i hope she makes more of these because it's so much fun. and i don't feel bad if i can't do something. i appreciate the modified versions too, since im not very coordinated. keaira is my favorite since she makes you feel welcome. i'm very insecure, and i have NEVER danced around anyone, or even on my own. she's helped me feel more comfortable with my body.
Don't feel insecure. Just keep remembering you're beautiful and sexy. That's what I tell myself while I'm doing Keaira's workouts and it works! She's helped me reach a lot of my fitness goals and she's so personable. Keep it up!

I only made it to about 18 minutes in before I absolutely had to quit. BUT this was my first time working out in over 3 years. And I am the heaviest I have ever been. I feel extremely proud of myself and excited to start a journey for confidence. Not a certain body look, size, or weight. I want to feel confident and content in my own skin.
OK, so I know that there are a lot of motivational comments already and most likely no one is gonna see this but imma post it anyway. I just finished this workout for the first time and I feel pretty ok. A little bit of background I have been overweight since puberty hit me like a freight train and I have been struggling terribly with shedding that weight. Today for some reason, after saying I was gonna do this and that to get my life together without actually doing it, something kicked me in the butt and I felt like "you need to stop talking about getting your life together and do it already!!" so I looked at my playlists of workouts and decided to do the other Tabata workout when I saw this one and decided to give it a go. Me being utterly out of shape I wasn't able to do most of the moves full out to even the modified version and still I had to stop multiple times almost every other round. Yet I still did it, I made it through the whole video!!! (I did not do the bonus move tho) and just that in itself is a wonderful feeling to me. I'm starting a weightlifting class after new years so over the next couple weeks imma be doing this twice a day to help prepare for that. Good luck to everyone on their journey!!!

Girl I quit round the third round I was like huffing and puffing I'm pretty big too 270 like I gained weight by being depressed And slpn all day.... U go girl for getting up and doing it
The important thing is that you are doing it! I've been a salsa dancer and Puerto Rican folkloric dancer for 10 years and sometimes these crazy workouts make me huff and puff like a newbie; but what I've noticed about these instructors is the level of positivism they bring to the table. It's a nice feeling hearing and seeing: "You can do it with me or you can do it like this and it's ok!". I'm totally going to try this workout this week, you should check out the Barre workouts they have with Marnie Alton, trust me you will go back to those videos just because of her positivity. I had been feeling down on myself about my weight gain. Depression makes me eat and I had found comfort in food. I looked in the mirror and at my pictures and I noticed how drastically my body has changed over the years. I started with a trainer last year and I was motivated for about 6 months then I fell off. I saw this video today and decided to get up and get active. It was a struggle but I’m proud that I made it through. At the end when you give words of encouragement I felt like you were talking directly to me and I cried a little. I just want my life and my happiness back and it starts with me. Thank you. I'm about to be 15 months postpartum, I'm still breastfeeding, and I'm one of the people whom have not lost weight because they're breastfeeding... I gained almost 30kg during my pregnancy and seemed to be putting more and more on postpartum, I got depressed, hated how I looked, stress ate... I would find workout videos but do them once, then find myself with a sore body the following day, and I'd postpone doing it again until I end up forgetting... but I stumbled upon the 30 minute hip hop tabata workout vid just 2 to 3 weeks ago🙌 I want to thank you for it, I've noticed a difference in my abdominal area, I'm also getting stronger, but nothing beats how I feel, just amazing, my diet hasn't changed, it's not completely unhealthy, but it could certainly be better, and imagining what that'd do😭😭 it just makes me so happy..❤ Also, I'm learning to love myself, and not be so hard on myself🤗 I tried this workout today, it's the real torch, the moves are fast, and I have no rhythm, so it gets tricky, but it's really fun, I'm surely gonna be serving some sauce with these thighs😂😂 I'm 22, I've applied for Emergency Medical Care at the University of Johannesburg, I hope I'll pass the physical assessments... She is so nice! Tabata routines are ALWAYS harder than the normal dance routine but her attitude is so beautiful and genuine you can't help but feel good by the end.
I've been doing this one and the first one she has for a year, I cant do it everyday but, i try to 2-3 times a week. I've lost over 50lbs, with eating right of course. She is my all time favorite person to watch she doesn't let you quit, and keeps you motivated. Hope you have a great time working out!
Today is my first day... boy am I out of shape. Age group 60! I got through 10 minutes. My goal is 3-5 times weekly, complete the full workout and get back in my size 8/10. I ‘LLC keep updating on my success.
So I've been doing this workout a lil over a month, I have to admit I back tracked last week. Euhhh I know, good news is I was able to wear my fav pair of jeans again with room to spare. I was seeing the difference feeling so great like when I buckel my seat belt I'm like wow. I was cutting wayyyy back on my mt dews instead drinking water, eating bananas for breakfast. I didn't change my diet much but when you're working out you don't wanna intake junk that will ruin your progress. The whole experience mental & physical makes you wanna do better. Now for my failure : I'm so mad at myself, I didn't wanna reply bc I'm so disappointed. I'm gonna have to do better & update again. Set my calendar to come back bc I've been bad bad bad. My fav ice cream was on sale, in the moment I'm like buy one get one ummm hook me up, lol. Not just that, not a single time this week have I done this workout & seriously I can tell already! When I realized I missed my workout I was like, that's okay, one time won't hurt. Then the next day I did it again, now I have ice cream to go with that. Thanks to your comments asking, I need to check myself & get back to it. Everything happens for a reason & maybe leaving that first comment was some crazy way to help me stay focused so thank you ladies for asking for the update. Doing good, could be better.
I just want to say that I love that this workout doesn't feel like it's 25 minutes! The way the intervals are broken down and the music is changed between sections makes it feel like we just got started (though by the end I'm sweating like crazy so I know it's been a while)! More of these please!
OMG! Keaira LaShae is back!!! I've been working out with some of her other vids, now I can add this one into my rotation. As a 50 y.o. man, I can't imagine what the neighbors think is going on as they watch me through my living room windows, but who cares?!? I'm getting in shape with KLS!!! P.s. I like her cool down song on this vid and always liked the cool down song from her 1st PopSugar vid as well.
Week 2 and I feel physically soooo good, I also see some progress at my stomach and thighs, and that really feels great because I've always thought I could never lose weight because I tried so many workouts, but this is like gift from God ❤️

i weighed 140 (i’m 5’0 age 14) and i came across this video when i was really low and hating my body and i lost 35 pounds doing this and eventually other things for 3 months i’m 105 lbs now and i try on my old clothes and they fall off of my body like all the hate i felt towards my appearance rolling off of me! YOU CAN DO IT BABY!

I cant go as hard as I used to because of my recovery, and that has made me want to quit. I gave birth to my twins👩👧👦 15 months ago and I started working out 2 times a day 2 weeks ago. I realized that I do everything for everyone else but never take the time to do something for myself😑. I love this workout!! It's so specific to what I like; tabata dance workout with 30 sec breaks and fire music!! I love tabata/HIIT and dance and I REALLY appreciate those 30 sec breaks. Usually I have to pause other workouts to take a 30 sec break and I always feel like I'm cheating haha. But I love that Keaira includes them. By the end I was dripping sweat! Will do this one again!!💜💪🔥
I have done lots of Popsugar videos and this is by far one of my favourites. Keiara's nails, lipstick, leggings and energy were like nothing else. I sweated and smiled the whole way through. ❤

Being a dancer growing up and only now getting into fitness and working out in this kind of sense...I do a BUNCH of popsugar fitness videos on a regular basis, but these hip hop dance ones are the ones that BURN the most for me because I don't know how to not just immediately get SO INTO IT when I dance. The stank face move in this one got my HR into the 190's where the most intense of any other popsugar video for me gets me into the 180's range. I am so thankful you guys have posted these ones!! thank you thank you!! it's like the only way I get to dance now at a more advanced level since once you become an adult, there are virtually no dance classes and if there are, they are static at a beginner level.
My results in one week are amazing! I'm down 7lbs. She wasn't kidding when she said she was keeping that lil extra the baby gave her lol I'm keeping mine too sis. I'm on week 2 of doing this workout!

Just started this workout. I can feeeeeeeeel the burn, omg! I'm gonna do this workout every day for a month, then update.
I've been doing this one and the first one she has for a year, I cant do it everyday but, i try to 2-3 times a week. I've lost over 50lbs, with eating right of course. She is my all time favorite person to watch she doesn't let you quit, and keeps you motivated. Hope you have a great time working out!
Today is my first day... boy am I out of shape. Age group 60! I got through 10 minutes. My goal is 3-5 times weekly, complete the full workout and get back in my size 8/10. I ‘LLC keep updating on my success.

So I've been doing this workout a lil over a month, I have to admit I back tracked last week. Euhhh I know, good news is I was able to wear my fav pair of jeans again with room to spare. I was seeing the difference feeling so great like when I buckel my seat belt I'm like wow. I was cutting wayyyy back on my mt dews instead drinking water, eating bananas for breakfast. I didn't change my diet much but when you're working out you don't wanna intake junk that will ruin your progress. The whole experience mental & physical makes you wanna do better.
Now for my failure : I'm so mad at myself, I didn't wanna reply bc I'm so disappointed. I'm gonna have to do better & update again. Set my calendar to come back bc I've been bad bad bad. My fav ice cream was on sale, in the moment I'm like buy one get one ummm hook me up, lol. Not just that, not a single time this week have I done this workout & seriously I can tell already! When I realized I missed my workout I was like, that's okay, one time won't hurt. Then the next day I did it again, now I have ice cream to go with that. Thanks to your comments asking, I need to check myself & get back to it. Everything happens for a reason & maybe leaving that first comment was some crazy way to help me stay focused so thank you ladies for asking for the update. Doing good, could be better.
I just want to say that I love that this workout doesn't feel like it's 25 minutes! The way the intervals are broken down and the music is changed between sections makes it feel like we just got started (though by the end I'm sweating like crazy so I know it's been a while)! More of these please!

OMG! Keaira LaShae is back!!! I've been working out with some of her other vids, now I can add this one into my rotation. As a 50 y.o. man, I can't imagine what the neighbors think is going on as they watch me through my living room windows, but who cares?!? I'm getting in shape with KLS!!! P.s. I like her cool down song on this vid and always liked the cool down song from her 1st PopSugar vid as well.

i weighed 140 (i’m 5’0 age 14) and i came across this video when i was really low and hating my body and i lost 35 pounds doing this and eventually other things for 3 months i’m 105 lbs now and i try on my old clothes and they fall off of my body like all the hate i felt towards my appearance rolling off of me! YOU CAN DO IT BABY!

Keira, you made me cry at the end. I had a c section 2 months ago that had complications, and im just now teying to get back into working out. I cant go as hard as I used to because of my recovery, and that has made me want to quit. But you talking about having a baby and getting back into working out, and your saying, "with challenge comes change," really inspired me and mde me cry out of gratitude. What you do for people like me is priceless. Thank you.

I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS. Honestly, they're the only home workouts that are fun and go quickly, and I'm always dripping with sweat at the end.

@@tamiisl8338 I lost weight eating low carb and high protein. I did hip hop tabata, plus squats,fire hydrants, and some stomach exercises once I acquired the stamina to add onto my workouts bit by bit.

I gave birth to my twins👩👧👦 15 months ago and I started working out 2 times a day 2 weeks ago. I realized that I do everything for everyone else but never take the time to do something for myself😑. I love this workout!! It's so specific to what I like; tabata dance workout with 30 sec breaks and fire music!! I love tabata/HIIT and dance and I REALLY appreciate those 30 sec breaks. Usually I have to pause other workouts to take a 30 sec break and I always feel like I'm cheating haha. But I love that Keaira includes them. By the end I was dripping sweat! Will do this one again!!💜💪🔥

I LOVE these hip hop tabata workouts!! They are the best dance/cardio workouts I've found. Easy to follow and gets the heart rate up. And it's fun!

I have done lots of Popsugar videos and this is by far one of my favourites. Keiara's nails, lipstick, leggings and energy were like nothing else. I sweated and smiled the whole way through. ❤

Being a dancer growing up and only now getting into fitness and working out in this kind of sense...I do a BUNCH of popsugar fitness videos on a regular basis, but these hip hop dance ones are the ones that BURN the most for me because I don't know how to not just immediately get SO INTO IT when I dance. The stank face move in this one got my HR into the 190's where the most intense of any other popsugar video for me gets me into the 180's range. I am so thankful you guys have posted these ones!! thank you thank you!! it's like the only way I get to dance now at a more advanced level since once you become an adult, there are virtually no dance classes and if there are, they are static at a beginner level.
My results in one week are amazing! I'm down 7lbs. She wasn't kidding when she said she was keeping that lil extra the baby gave her lol I'm keeping mine too sis. I'm on week 2 of doing this workout!
