I took a booty freedom class last year and since then i've been doing resistance and lifting weights in order to my butt into shape, and now that it's finally growing, I want to know how to work it. I'm determined to get better at this no matter how humiliating is now. Thanks Popsugar!

At first, I did it while staring in the mirror and felt good and sexy, so this workout is definitely a 10 out of 10 highly recommended for a mood booster. Oh my goodness, I just finished it and I absolutely love it!

Just burst into tears in the middle of the workout. I cant imitate even something that looks like this. I cant differentiate between left and right leg, arm booty. I am not able to do even slow moovings. I dont even know whether it wort even to follow the video to the end when each my move is false 😭😭😭

It's not necessary to follow the exact dance moves , you just keep dancing and follow the rythme as you like
