    As someone who is not a dancer - aside from being a high school cheerleader - this workout was difficult, and humbling, and makes me want to get to know my body more. I took a booty freedom class last year and since then i've been doing resistance and lifting weights in order to my butt into shape, and now that it's finally growing, I want to know how to work it. I'm determined to get better at this no matter how humiliating is now. Thanks Popsugar!

    To be honest, I was a little nervous to do this workout at first. I'm terrible at twerking, but now it makes me want to get to know my body more. And I finally got the hang of it! I find this workout to be humbling, challenging and fun! Kalelia is an amazing instructor! She has infestious energy! 🔥 All that twerking made my booty on fire and I'm definitley feeling it! ! It also unleashed my inner sassiness too! I'm definitely going to do this over and over again! Thanks, Kaleila 🤗🖤

    I've always hated the fact I can't wine/twerk and that I can't dance to save my life, I've finally decided to try to learn plus workout and I just love this! I can't do all the moves sometimes and I get tried pretty quickly but I love this workout so much, it makes me feel so confident and that one day I'll be able to dance. Tysm💖💖💖💖

    If one thing that this workout has taught me is that God gave me a cute face, chubby waist, thick legs but my rump shaker does not move at all. Good lord I looked like I was being possessed

    Tried to do this workout after doing legs at the gym, 30 minute Zumba class and a 15 minute core workout. couldn't see myself to the end of the video, really gets the legs 😅 will be trying again tomorrow

    Back to Booty Church this Sunday. I actually finished the whole vid today, and felt less wooden. I noticed significant improvement in my endurance and elasticity. I'll be back next week to perfect it. Yes. Loving the Kaleila life!

    Ok this was DOPE! I'm not sure how this came along but it was exactly what I needed. I had been dreading the gym etc but also worrying about not working out enough. This was fun and took a good amount of effort. I'm sweaty and happy!

    This workout has taught me that I actually love moving my hips and, of course, twerking. At first, I did it while staring in the mirror and felt good and sexy, so this workout is definitely a 10 out of 10 highly recommended for a mood booster. Oh my goodness, I just finished it and I absolutely love it!

    this dance workout is🔥🔥🔥🔥 . Could only go 11 minutes . Been a while since i exercised +dealing with umbilical hernia ever since I got it strangulated (while exercising) ive learnt to listen to my body. Gonna keep at it . Thanks for the great workout

    Just burst into tears in the middle of the workout. I cant imitate even something that looks like this. I cant differentiate between left and right leg, arm booty. I am not able to do even slow moovings.
    I dont even know whether it wort even to follow the video to the end when each my move is false

      It's not necessary to follow the exact dance moves , you just keep dancing and follow the rythme as you like
