It's funny, my hair has never been my best feature so when I knew I would lose my hair I didn't think it would bother me, well it does. I am 82 and between more wrinkles and no hair I look so old...well I am old...to be truthful I am grateful that there is treatment for my endometrial cancer.

I love helpful informations about how women should take care of themselves after chemotherapy. I am a cancer survivor I didn’t have chemo treatment but l had a light radio therapy that did not affected my hair neither my skin. Even though my nutritionist told me have to eat a sufficient source of protein to keep myself in good shape but l am still scared to do so because of so many taboos about meat specially porc and other proteins sources that some say they may trigger the cancer to come back Now feel a little confident about proteins Thank you so much❤❤❤l love your vidéos they are very very explicit

Thank you for all of this very useful information on hair regrowth after chemo. I just completed my treatments literally this past Saturday morning when my pump was disconnected. Yay!! I’m so excited! Now it’s time to grow my hair. I have some fuzz on my head & legs so far already. My oncologist alternated my chemo cocktails throughout treatments, and one cocktail was not as harsh to the hair follicles as the other which included the infamous “red devil.” So I’ve seen a little hair sprouting & then falling out again in between the different cocktails. Now it’s time for my follicles to really heal and grow again. I had been wanting to try the rosemary but Ive started with a serum of minoxidil I had ordered. I think I’ll make the switch to the rosemary per your advice. Thank you very much for your amazing video. 💛

Thank you for your info. I found your photos of hair growth hard as you seemed to have a lot of hair after 1 month. From the time you lose your hair to the time it covers your head would be a lot longer than 1 month. So are you counting from the time your hair finally stopped falling out?

My last chemo was July 2020. My hair used to be so thick, long, and wavy. It’s been over 3 years and my hair is thin, fine, and very curly. I tried almost everything… pills, oils, etc… but my original hair has not return. I’ve been depending on clip ins every day. Idk what else to do. It is now one of my biggest insecurities.

I'm currently battling uterine and cervical cancer, I lost all of my hair, I had dark brown waist length hair, I go in on the 29th of this month for a ct scan, to see if my tumor has shrunk, then I go in for lab, oncology dr, chemo (again #4) and she will tell me if the tumor has shrunk or not, if it has, surgery to remove it, then 3 more rounds of chemo.. a keeping my fingers crossed for good luck, cancer made me cancel a trip I paid for last year, I got almost all my money in flight credit back....already planning next years trip, I plan on beating cancer (hopefully) I just bought a shirt that says F*CK CANCER...it has a flower in place of the U from amazon...quite fitting I should say lol I wear it to my chemo treatments

Sorry you're still struggling with skin and strength. It's been almost 6 months post chemo for me; drinking plenty of veggies and fruit juices has helped tremendously. Plus making sure I am eating as well plenty of veggies, fruits, nuts and clean meats, barely any processed food. Pushing myself to slowly go to the gym. My energy levels are trough the roof, my skin is healthy and I am increasing my lifting weight. Hope this helps.
