Red meat - BS. The WHO is hellbent on getting us to stop eating red meat, while they serve it at their banquets. Grass fed beef and lamb are super healthy.
The want us to eat bug sandwiches. The woman is a mouthpiece for them.

Red meat is completely healthy, plenty of people live on a high diet of it. You want to eat grass fed beef however for the more healthy effects.

I have an Aunt who is 99, another who is 92, and a friend who is 103…what they all have in common is a positive mind set…my Uncle passed at 96 not from any illness, no high blood pressure, no high LDL, nothing…he hurt his back in a fall and decided to check out. Failure to thrive. He was incredibly positive. When you asked how he was, he would say…TERRIFIC…that’s the common thread among them.

I am a breast cancer survivor who when diagnosed was not taking all the food you mentioned. And I know of friends who actually consume all these on a regular basis, and are cancer free. I personally think the killer is not really the food you consume, but stress, which was what I was experiencing at work when I was diagnosed.

Agree - stress or a stressful event are not discussed enough as triggers and making cancers more aggressive as your body is not coping well, physicians need to start talking about this, sure food is a thing, and eating healthy is a great tool but if there is stress or again, stressful event as an RN I can say that it renders the body weaker and the immune system can be dismantled by too much stress. Again, it is sad this KEY issue is not addressed more seriously and taken into consideration when the causation of all cancer is discussed. (and I will just add it is tiring to see men's issues i.e. today saw a new erectile dysfunction gell that will be sold OTC yet WOMEN's issues and WOMEN's health is lagging in studies, advancements, and attention by the medical pharma industrial complex. WE NEED MORE PEER REVIEWED studies and they need to start now, it is well past time that these issues are addressed. Problem: funding for studies, where does it come from and who will it benefit, having worked at a nationally renowned hospital I can see the bias daily, and unless we as women start bringing up these issues and demanding answers, we will continue to see patronizing responses like the one above mine "dear" is an insult and we all know it, foot soldiers of the patriarchy use it and it is very sad to see.

Certain foods are risk, not 100% certainty to give certain diseases. But it's still good idea to avoid risk factors. Also, some people are considerably more prone to cancer growths due to family's medical history.

Sorry, I'm going to eat plenty of red meat, organic as much as possible, and lots of sodium. I am going to avoid many of the high carb vegetables and others that are packed with toxins. In addition, I am avoiding all grains, seed oils, added sugar while consuming lard, tallow and real butter. I've done it for three months, lost 25 lbs while not trying to lose weight, and I feel and look infinitely better. Attitude and peace of mind has improved significantly as well.

    • @timrobinson8314

Agreed. Red meat is not a criminal here. It is the WAY people eat red meat. Overweight people tend to eat cheeseburgers with processed buns and seed oil mayo and sugared ketchup. These people have a higher risk of not only cancer but diabetes. I enjoy a weekly steak and a cheeseburger without buns or slathering condiments on them. I still wear the same size jeans I did in high school 20 years ago.

I survived breast cancer in 2015. I had lymphedems on the side between the lymph node removal and the lumpectomy site. I tried going completely vegan to everything in between to feel better and pain free. I am telling you the best way of eating for ME, is completely carnivore red meat grass fed organic. I wish people would stop demonizing red meat 🥩. I lost 80 pounds and have been pain free for the first time in 9 years. Everyone needs to find what works for themselves. I feel like domestic violence, and dying my hair every 5 weeks for 30 years is what caused my cancer. I think we underestimate the amount of chemicals sprayed on our vegetables. Going nonGMO and organic is the way forward for me.

They live quite normal lives down there, and still they live '' forever''. A stressless life was mentioned as a possible cause of longevity.I think stress is a major factor when it comes to diseases! I have breast cancer stage 4 in my bones. This is my 3rd cancer and I didn't eat any of that stuff. I ate a very healthy diet, exercised with running and weight training, meditation, no sugar, no alcohol, very low sodium, lots of fresh organic produce, used natural soaps and cleaning products etc. The list of things I did to stay healthy was unbelievable. Each time I was diagnosed I changed even more. Now I can't exercise because of my pain and extreme fatigue. I do try to eat on the healthier side but don't obsess like I used to. I am angry about my diagnosis because I put so much effort and money into staying healthy and it got me anyway. I don't know the reasons this has happened to me.

Although sugar doesn't cause cancer, it is a food source for cancer to thrive. That is why diabetic people are more at risk of cancer. So if you can, remove Sugar altogether from your life and if you need to replace it with something, try organic Allulose. It is a natural plant source sweetener that is also a probiotic. Also intermittent fasting helps to destroy the cancer cells, so if you practice it is very helpful. All the best to all with much health and happiness in the new year.

At age 75, and an engineer by occupation, I tend to think in terms of cause and effect. I caught t2 diabetes by my own diet . I ate fast foods. My A1c is mid 5s. My eGFR in 90s. BP 110/60/60. And I dropped 100 pounds. My new diet is eating fats mostly avocado and hamburger. Arugula and cabbage each day. My goals include wanting omega 3 fats and little omega 6 or TFAs. Farmed salmon is no good. Same with farmed shrimp. I see nothing wrong with carnivore diet. My labs are perfect. So is potassium adoration. So I liked some of your video. But not all. For example, chickens consume gmo grains and thus you eat gmo corn second hand.

Detoxing is also necessary after years of processed food consumption. Fasting w/ "clear" green veggie juices (fruit to taste!) is great way to do this! But, a week of fasting isn't going to do it. Depending on the years of abuse? It could take 6 months to a year of ridding your body of chemicals. But, well worth it! After the cleanse, it will actually make you sick eating processed foods!

Do yourself a favour and do more research. The best way to prevent and starve cancer, is through regular (water) fasting, and most certainly to cut back on sugar/carbs, as Prof. Thomas Siegfried explains. Cancer cells cannot use ketones as fuel source. Vit C use similar receptors as sugar, which is why high dose Vit C can destroy cancer.

I would suggest avoiding foods that have been treated with arsenic containing herbicides and insecticides. Common canned and frozen vegetables, for example, can contain large amounts of arsenic if they are from China. If the label doesn't say where the vegetables were grown, assume they are from China.

Salami, such as made by Creminelli or Olympia, which don't use the isolated nitrate/nitrite salts, but instead use the veggie powders (or liquid concentrates) which are high in nitrates/nitrites and are broad spectrum rather than isolates such as sodium nitrate,….. the broad spectrum curing, along with salt, makes the pork very healthy for me. And, good for nitric oxide, which is good for vein dilation, appropriately so,… which is a good thing :).
Quality non pasteurized moderatre alcohol beer is excellent for health too, and oak-barreled wine too,… all in moderation, beer being more consumed.

Many people became adictided to the bitter taste of backyard cooked meats. This led to the popularity of char broiled meats so much that the food industries started to add that bitter substance to cooked meats to increase sales. All tastes are acquired, even those which are not very enjoyable at first. Hot peppers being one prime example of that.

My two aunts and grandmother lived to 99, 97 and 96 respectively (my dad's side of the family) and never paid attention to their diet at all, ate all kinds of meats etc., never really exercised, whereas my mother paid an enormous amount of attention to eating well and exercising and she died at 95 and a half of metastasized melanoma. I always thought it was ironic that she died at a younger age than the others, despite her healthier lifestyle, even though 95 and a half is still well beyond the average life span for a woman.

I think that alcohol kills nutrients. So even if you eat healthy, alcohol will kill all of those nutrients, especially if you drink a lot. Sugar definitely helps with leading to your legs getting cut off !!! I make a lot of sweet tea. The spigot that's on my tea pitcher gets a caramelized clump that builds up when I don't clean the tea pitcher. That sight made me 🛑🛑🛑 stop drinking sweet tea in 2023 !!! I have removed white cane sugar permanently from my diet !!! Because of this tea pitcher !!! I think that sugar turns into rot when you keep piling it up into your body. It is the most delicious, addictive poison known to mankind. And it needs to be banned from the United States !!!

Be careful! My friend drank Gatorade almost every day and her blood work results were a disaster! Her sugar soared as well as her sodium levels, which highly affected her blood pressure and borderline diabetes! The doctor told her that only people who vigorously exercise benefit from consuming Gatorade a few times a week because most of the salt exits the body via the profuse sweating during exercise. Due to its high electrolyte content, drinking Gatorade every day when there has not been a loss of electrolytes, could result in toxicities of different electrolytes.
