I made these today. Did switch 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut for 1/2 cup psyllium husks. Fabulous! Gorgeous texture, subtle flavour & very satisfying. Thank you! I did put in Cronometer, dividing into 8 cookies instead of 9. Got these macros: total weight 418.2 grams, 52g /cookie, each about 6g protein, 3g net carbs (8.3g fiber), 28g fat; carb to protein to fat ratio - 13% - 7% - 81%. Great macros! Sure going to be trying your other recipes. Thanks Fan.
I just made these and am eating them still a bit warm. They are so delicious! Because of your recipes, it's been so much easier for me to eat better. Your careful flavoring ideas and simple ingredients are only enhanced by your cool accent and peaceful presentations. I love your humor, too. Fan, I'm a fan! 🤩

Tried these today using sunflower butter. Very yummy. Interestingly they turned green as soon as they came out of the oven and I learned that this is a sunflower-baking soda reaction. Does not affect the taste though. Love your videos!
OMG ! this cookies are so so delicious, i just make them and eating them now !! Fan, you are so creative and so good at what you are doing, thank you so much for sharing this fabulous treat !! Love you !!!
Thank you for this recipe! I made the cookies immediately after watching this video and they turned out so delicious! ❤ I added gingerbread spice to them since it fits to autumn. 😊
These are so delicious I make 3 batches at a time as my family loves them too. You have been a pleasure to follow. I've tried so many of your recipes I feel blessed to have found you and your channel. ♥♥♥
These were so good yesterday, I'm currently baking a double batch so There's plenty to share! One with walnuts 😍 and the other with pecans 😍 ... what I love is you can taste it before baking to adjust sweetness. Have to say I do like it sweet so for each batch I use approx 4.5 tablesppins of erythritrol plus 10 drops of stevia (double up for double batch of course!!) ... this is definitely going to be a staple! Thanks so much Fan 😙 💜👌🤸♂️🌻🌷
Absolutely delicious! You can binge in to your favorite cookie without guilt😋Just made them and they tastes so good. I like mine a bit crunchy so I baked them for an additional of 15 more mins😊. Thank you for your recipe. God Speed!
Made these last night and got distracted so they were a bit burnt ... however I have just eaten 3 of them with a lovely cup of chai tea and have to say these are the best keto biscuits I've ever tasted 👌 .... burning the dessicated coconut is a winner 😍 ... all crispy and crunchy .... so so very yummy. Feeling so satisfied. Life is good 🌷🌻💗 Cells are doing the happy dance 😊
Just baked these first time, very easy and quick and turned out very well surprisingly (not the recipe but with me baking them)! I mixed cashew chunks instead - I always have them but not the other nuts. Will probably try with peanuts next time - love peanut cookies. It may be because of the texture and more subtle taste, I now prefer these to your chocolate quickie cookies - think I've lost taste for chocolate flavour (but I love raw chocolate and make them a bit salty). Thank you for the recipe Fan, this one is a keeper! 😍
Love this recipe and will give them a try. I am not a fan of almond butter so I will try it with Sacha inchi butter instead and instead of pecans I will use walnuts. Really hope I won't mess things up. Thank you for the inspiration, really love your show take care and stay safe.
I knew exactly to whom I could turn for egg-free keto recipes, as I've already enjoyed some of your recipes repeatedly. (:^ Oh thank Heaven for heavenly fan :^) \^: With current world wide shortages, we're now rationing the eggs MUCH more than previously; and just in time, too, as I WAS getting quite spoiled from some non-vegan bread recipes. :^/
ty! Mmmmore please! I am actually not vegan but i LOVE vegan food, so i'll be crunching these veery soon... Thank you for so kindly sharing with me. Bye now
I thought of two vegan recipes I’d love to have. I’d love vegan ice cream (it’s so hot!). I can only use stevia, but I can change the sweetener if you use Erythritol (doesn’t Truvia have Erythritol?) I’d also love a sauce to replace vegan cheese on pizza. I know I can leave out the cheese, but the pizza Seems empty without the cheese. I use the marinara sauce, olives, and mushrooms. Maybe a white sauce? Thank you for all your great recipes
Oooooh, the stuff that dreams are made of! I share your philosophy about eating healthy ingredients in delightful forms, like low-carb cookies. Except I have to hide my good baking in the freezer so I can’t gobble them all at once! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
Thank you for the recipe 🥰 If I would substitute the flax seeds for eggs, how many eggs should I use? I think 3 , because you told it is 3 flax eggs, but I just wantto confirmwith you 😊 I'll make these cookies tomorrow ,will let you know how they came out 🤗
I would use Avocado Oil instead. Saturated fatty acids do not possess double bonds. They are made of single bonds. So, the straight, unkinked tails of fatty acids get arranged in such a way as to induce maximum interaction between the tails. So, it becomes very tight, and thus membrane fluidity and permeability decrease.
1/2 cup almond meal 1 cup dried coconut flakes 2 tbsps almond butter 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 cup pecans 3 tbsps flax seed meal Add that up on my fitness pal and divide by 8 :)
Hiiiiiiii, can you please share some receipts of vegan keto lemon desserts? I love lemon in everything, but it’s nearly impossible to find a receipt without eggs added in it.
My flax eggs stayed very runny and the batter (wasn’t really very doughy) was very sticky so I added more almond flour and now they are baking! I also replaced some of the vanilla with almond extract
@@carollecook8961 no, I used ground. I’ve made these cookies a whole bunch of times since then, without a problem. I do now take care to make sure the water I add to the ground flax is warm and that seems to help.

I am going to follow your idea next time. I feel coconut a bit too much for my taste. Thank you.

Hi Renni, had you tried it with real eggs ? Work it ?
I would use Avocado Oil instead.
Saturated fatty acids do not possess double bonds. They are made of single bonds. So, the straight, unkinked tails of fatty acids get arranged in such a way as to induce maximum interaction between the tails. So, it becomes very tight, and thus membrane fluidity and permeability decrease.
I don’t see the yoga link too! Can’t wait to make these!
How can I make my own almond meal? Do I just blend the almonds?
since i'm not vegan, can i substitute chicken eggs for the flax eggs?
great! gluten free and vegan!
Have you tried with other nuts than pecans? I’m thinking about trying with just almonds as I believe I’m sensitive to pecans…
Is there a substitute for the coconut?
Looks Good ,What would the Carb Cal count be ?
1/2 cup almond meal
1 cup dried coconut flakes
2 tbsps almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup pecans
3 tbsps flax seed meal
Add that up on my fitness pal and divide by 8 :)
LOL
Hi Fan, I'm using xylitol how much would I use please.
All products vary so it's best to have a little taste of the mixture and see how much sweetener you need.
@@HeavenlyFan Thank you sweetie
If I don't have almond butter, what else can I use instead?
Can we use any nuts instead of pecans
Hiiiiiiii, can you please share some receipts of vegan keto lemon desserts? I love lemon in everything, but it’s nearly impossible to find a receipt without eggs added in it.
Luv this and I'm not vegan😙
p.s
I subscribed 😘
Hi how many grams of fat per cookie and how many calories per cookie? Would be helpful to know this info. Thanks for sharing
My flax eggs stayed very runny and the batter (wasn’t really very doughy) was very sticky so I added more almond flour and now they are baking! I also replaced some of the vanilla with almond extract
Did you use ground flax? Whole flax seeds would not work well for making flax eggs.
@@carollecook8961 no, I used ground. I’ve made these cookies a whole bunch of times since then, without a problem. I do now take care to make sure the water I add to the ground flax is warm and that seems to help.
Hi, do you think lupin beans keto friendly? Im afraid to fail keto diet because i snack a lot on them
No lupins are not keto sorry.
When i baked a cake with flax seed ,the cake didn’t cook , it looked like sticky... Why ?🥺
I don’t have desiccated coconut, so can I substitute it with coconut flour?
I am making these RAW in the dehydrator @ 112°... I'm calling them "JAZZ HANDS" cookies!!!
Raw Revelations great idea. Did they turn out?
Nutrition break down per cookie
👌👌
Gnamgnam thank-you.
